Jimmie Allen recently shared that he has six children, including his youngest twins, Aria and Amari, born in June 2023 to his friend Danielle. He mentioned this during a YouTube interview with Kathie Lee Gifford. Allen emphasized that he has known Danielle for a long time, even before his music career took off. At the time of Danielle's pregnancy, Allen was not with his wife, Alexis Gale, and Danielle was also not with her husband.
Allen shared, "It's fascinating to see how life unfolds, regardless of whether we are prepared for it or have everything planned out."
In March, Allen revealed on Instagram that he had become a father to twins, Aria and Amari, with a woman whose name he did not disclose.
Allen remembered the time he posted a picture of his twins on Instagram, and it quickly gained attention. "I decided to post my twins on my Instagram, and it went everywhere," he said. "These articles come out, 'Jimmie Allen Gets Married Superfan Pregnant.' I'm like, that couldn't be farther from the truth. She's not a superfan. She's a friend. And she wasn't with her husband, and I wasn't with my wife."

Before making it official on social media, Allen and Gale revealed that their son Cohen was born in October 2023 while they were going through a separation. (Allen is also a father to son Aadyn, 9, from a previous relationship, and co-parents daughters Naomi, 4, and Zara, 2, with Gale.)
In his interview on Tuesday, Allen explained that Danielle had become pregnant with the twins before he and Gale decided to give their relationship another chance.
Allen emphasized that he and Lexi were not in a relationship when Danielle got pregnant. The twins were born before they decided to work on rebuilding their relationship.
In April 2023, news spread that Allen and Gale were expecting their third baby and going through a divorce. Allen emphasized their commitment to co-parenting with love and respect. By October 2023, a representative for Allen informed People magazine that they were still together. However, they have since decided to end their relationship for good.
During an interview with Gifford, Allen shared that many people advised him to fix his marriage. He questioned why he should do so and recalled a conversation with someone who suggested it would make him a better person. Allen pondered the idea, wondering why it was necessary for appearances.
He continued to explain that if he knows he doesn't want to be in a relationship or get married, and he's certain that the other person isn't the right match for him, he wouldn't want to hurt them by getting into a relationship.
Allen further emphasized that he is not currently in the right "mindset" to start a new relationship, clarifying that he and Danielle are simply friends.
"I'm going to be true to myself, the version that makes me proud and my mother proud. I will continue to create music that I genuinely love," Allen shared. He also mentioned that he is currently looking into getting a vasectomy.
