After spending 13 years in the NFL, Jason Kelce admitted that some habits are difficult to change. At 36 years old, Jason refers to himself as a "creature of habit" and mentioned that there has been no noticeable change in his daily routine since he announced his retirement on March 4th.

Jason shared with his brother Travis Kelce on their podcast, "New Heights," that he has been going to the facility for weightlifting sessions. Despite this, he admitted that his current routine may not be permanent.

Organized team activities (OTAs) are set to begin in late May or early June, followed by the opening of training camps in mid-to-late July. It is expected that once these activities start up, particularly when training camp and the season get underway, the impact will be felt even more.

Jason shared that he valued hearing from other retired players as they understand the impact it has on life. He didn't want to mention all the celebrities and NFL stars who reached out to him, but he did mention that retired New Orleans Saints legend Drew Brees sent him a thoughtful congratulatory message.

Jason mentioned that he could begin reviewing the list, but he received a large number of messages from people.

He expressed his appreciation for the fans in Philadelphia, who supported him like family during his successful time playing for the Eagles.

Jason shared that he has been living in Philadelphia for 13 years and has made many friends during that time. He mentioned that it has been an amazing experience.
