Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, are proud parents of three — and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

The Philadelphia Eagles center, Jason, tied the knot with Kylie in April 2018, after connecting on the dating app Tinder three years earlier. Just under a year after getting married, their firstborn daughter, Wyatt, arrived in October 2019. The family grew with the additions of Elliotte in March 2021 and Bennett in February 2023.

During the 2022-2023 NFL season, Kylie was carrying Bennett, and coincidentally, her due date fell on the same week as Super Bowl LVII. Jason's Eagles faced off against his brother Travis Kelce's team, the Kansas City Chiefs, in the championship game held in February 2023.

During an episode of his "New Heights" podcast ahead of the NFL championship, Jason shared that Kylie was bringing her OB to the game because she would be 38 weeks pregnant. He referred to it as a potential "super Kelce Bowl," and said it would be officially scripted if she had a baby in the stadium. Jason's documentary on Kelce also documented Kylie's final trimester, where she jokingly mentioned that it would be a "real bonding moment" if she gave birth on the flight to Glendale, Arizona or at the football stadium.

Bennett ultimately arrived weeks after the Eagles lost the Super Bowl to the Chiefs.

Divide and Conquer

"Bennie, I have been less active recently as I have been taking care of Wyatt and Elliotte," Jason mentioned in a September 2023 installment of his podcast. "The key is to have effective strategies and employ specific techniques."

Kylie chimed in, revealing that her husband “mans the toddlers” while she cares for newborn Bennett since Wyatt and Ellie “can talk.”

Letting “Uncle Travvy” Babysit

Jason and Kylie's girls share a close bond with their Uncle Travis. In a podcast interview in September 2023, Travis inquired about the duration he could care for Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett.

"Oh, I think my headphones malfunctioned," Kylie teased. "But wait, who will take care of you? I'd probably trust you for an hour. Travis, on the other hand, seems capable of enduring longer than you, Jason. It's a game-changer when it comes to looking after little ones. Bennett, for example, is content as can be if you carry her around. Unfortunately, Jason isn't willing to make that commitment. His back gives out, and that's the end of it."

There Are “Strong Kelce Genes”

During the podcast episode, Jason shared that Wyatt and Bennie bear a strong resemblance to their father, with Jason jokingly attributing it to the "strong Kelce genes." Commenting on their physical features, he noted that Wyatt closely resembles his personality, sporting similar eyebrows and a furrowed brow. Furthermore, Jason observed that Bennie shares several facial features with him and possesses a highly emotive nature.

Kylie added that Ellie is “more go-with-the-flow,” which is often common in second children — like herself and Travis.

The “Good Cop” vs. “Bad Cop”

In another part of the podcast interview, Kylie admitted that she takes on the role of the "bad cop" in contrast to Jason's "good cop."

"I find myself being the bad cop most of the time due to being outnumbered," she stated. "Almost every day, I have to take on the bad cop role. Our goal is to prevent injuries and maintain harmony. And when it's just me against three, I have to address issues before they escalate."

Kylie observed that whenever Jason is at home, he is usually the one who brings the fun, engaging in activities like launching the girls onto the bed which sometimes results in one of them getting upset or calling out for their mother.

Super Bowl Tickets Aren’t Cheap

During the Kelce doc on Prime Video in September 2023, Kylie inquired of Jason if she should purchase the maximum number of tickets, as it was the quantity they had planned for. She expressed her frustration over the cost, stating, "This is why I avoid using the calculator on my phone: $50,000. We're spending nearly $4,000 for a child who won't even sit still in her seat to watch her dad play; it's absolutely absurd."

Embracing “Girl Dad” Life

Nonetheless, Wyatt and Ellie attended the game sporting charming Eagles overall dresses. Nonetheless, their personal expectations were shattered as their father failed to secure a victory. In the documentary, Wyatt humorously remarked, "I wasn't rooting for Uncle Travvy to win!" This amusing statement was not only shared with Kylie but also loudly expressed on the bus ride back home from the stadium, as relayed to Jason.

“We had no female presence in our household while growing up, except for our mother [Donna Kelce], so it was a predominantly masculine environment,” Jason shared with E! News in September 2023. “However, my daughters are still very young, and since I only have daughters, I don't truly understand what it means to be a father to boys. All I know is how to be a father to girls, and I adore my daughters. I love all my children. There are times when they even teach me valuable lessons, even when I am trying to teach them."

He added, "For example, I am currently reading the children's book Oh, The Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss, and it is featured in the documentary. Surprisingly, I feel like I am deriving more enjoyment from it than my kids are at the moment."

The Pink Shoes Are the Best Part of the Football Game

Kylie teased via her TikTok in October 2023 that Wyatt was avoiding her nap time by watching the Eagles afternoon game — and noticing AJ Brown’s pink cleats.

Bleeding Eagles Green

Jason expressed in a social media video for the Eagles that he was not wearing pink shoes. This was in response to seeing the "adorable" clip, where he wanted to avoid being mistaken for AJ. He acknowledged the brilliance of the marketing strategy, stating that capturing the attention of a child also meant capturing the attention of a wider audience.

During an NBC interview in October 2023, Jason disclosed that his children do possess Chiefs merchandise and have worn it on occasions. Although they primarily root for the Eagles, they occasionally show support for the Chiefs as well.
