The now-viral seating arrangement at the Kansas City Chiefs games was conceived by Maximum Effort, Ryan Reynolds' marketing agency. According to George Dewey, the co-founder of Maximum Effort, no one can capture the spirit of the times quite like Taylor Swift. The idea for this arrangement came about during a brainstorming session for another project and felt too irresistible to pass up.
Donna, a 70-year-old mother, is often seen in the stands cheering for her accomplished sons, Jason and 35-year-old Travis Kelce. Recently, Donna accompanied Travis' new love interest, Swift, sitting beside her in his exclusive private box at the Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium in Missouri.
During Jason's Sunday game, he couldn't help but tease the couple as the news of Travis and Swift's possible relationship gained attention on the internet.
"I've got a superstar by my side as well. @jakefromstatefarm," Jason posted on Instagram, alongside a photo of Donna wearing Eagles merchandise and beaming beside Miles in the stands.
Dewey revealed that Maximum Effort wanted to create a viral moment by pairing Donna with a renowned seatmate. To secure Jason and Donna's agreement, Reynolds's fellow Wrexham FC co-owner, Rob McElhenney, was enlisted to finalize the arrangement.
"Rob subtly mentioned to Jason that the idea was in progress and that he found it amusing," Dewey explained, highlighting McElhenney's dedication as a devoted Eagles fan. "This was incredibly beneficial, especially given the fast pace we were working in. It's crucial to operate in an atmosphere built on trust."
He went on: "Once we were reasonably certain that everyone understood the humor and that there wouldn't be any problems, we were all thrilled to move forward."

Reynolds, aged 46, shared the viral photo on his X (previously Twitter) page, accompanied by the caption "Donna Kelce FTW."
Following Jason's triumphant NFL game, Donna hurriedly made her way to Travis' away game in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Arriving amidst the match against the New York Jets, Donna joined Swift and Reynolds in a secluded box. Upon her arrival, Swift, aged 33, warmly embraced Donna.
"Mom has been absolutely ecstatic," Travis exclaimed to his brother on their latest "New Heights" podcast episode. "Although I couldn't see her in person, I made sure to send her a text right after the game on the bus ride to the airport. I apologized for not catching up with her before leaving, but I really hope she had an incredible time. I'm so grateful for her constant support in attending both of our games."
Travis playfully mentioned that Donna felt like she was in a parallel universe, sitting between the iconic superhero characters Deadpool and Wolverine, portrayed by Reynolds and Hugh Jackman respectively.
