Jack Antonoff Spotted With Patrick and Brittany Mahomes at TIME100 Event

Taylor Swift's close friend Jack Antonoff was seen socializing with Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes at the Time100 Gala in 2024.

At the event on April 25th at Lincoln Center in New York City, the 40-year-old musician, Antonoff, was photographed with his arms around the 28-year-old couple, Patrick and Brittany. Antonoff wore a black sports coat over a white T-shirt, while Patrick chose a plum-colored suit paired with a black button-down shirt.

Brittany looked stunning in a glittering high-neck crop top paired with a sleek high-waisted black skirt that trailed elegantly to the floor.

Meanwhile, Antonoff and Patrick, who is a player for the Kansas City Chiefs alongside Swift's boyfriend Travis Kelce, were both recognized on TIME's 100 Most Influential People list this year. This marks Patrick's third time receiving the honor, having been included in 2020 and 2023, while Antonoff made his debut on the list this year.

Alex Rodriguez and Maren Morris wrote tributes for Patrick and Antonoff, respectively, for the TIME100 list.

Rodriguez, 48, praised the quarterback for having “the heart of a champion” even as a kid when he’d tag along to practice with his dad, Pat Mahomes, who is a former MLB pitcher.

Rodriguez joked about giving him bad advice to not play football and focus on baseball instead. He is happy to have been proven wrong and glad that the person did not listen. He mentioned how the person, Patrick, has become one of the most respected athletes in both sports and in making a difference in the world.

On the other hand, Morris, who is 34 years old, praised Antonoff for his wide range of work as a producer. Morris also highlighted Antonoff's unique personality that distinguishes him from other professionals in the music industry.

"I feel safe with only a few people in the studio. Jack Antonoff is one of them. He makes you feel comfortable just being yourself," she expressed. "Whether we're recording unique sounds, having deep conversations, or simply chatting, I always walk away from our sessions with a fresh perspective."

Taylor Swift, 34, has worked with Antonoff on all her albums since 2014's 1989 and has shared how much she enjoys collaborating with him.

"He’s such a delight with his passion for writing songs, it’s infectious," she shared with The New York Times in May 2017. "That’s why he’s adored by everyone. Personally, I wouldn’t trust someone who didn’t appreciate his talent."

Most recently, they collaborated on Swift’s 11th studio album titled The Tortured Poets Department, which was released on April 19. (The album also saw the involvement of Aaron Dessner, who has been a producer on all of Swift’s albums since 2020’s Folklore, and Patrik Berger, who has worked with Antonoff on producing several of Swift’s tracks such as “Gold Rush” and “Slut!”)

Antonoff expressed his deep affection for the album and gratitude towards fans in a heartfelt message on X after its release. He mentioned feeling overwhelmed and ended with a declaration of love for Taylor.

Brittany, who has developed a friendship with Swift since she began dating Kelce in the summer of 2023, also showed her support for the album.

She posted on her Instagram Story on April 19, excited about Swift's album drop. Kelce, who may have inspired tracks like "The Alchemy" and "So High School" on the album, has not shared his thoughts yet. But, he did mention during a press conference in February that he had already listened to some of it.

“It is unbelievable,” he said. “I can’t wait for her to shake up the world when it finally drops.”
