Patrick Mahomes Embarks on Unforgettable Family Adventure: Carries 2-Year-Old Daughter Sterling in a Backpack for a Breathtaking Hike

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes (formerly Matthews) embraced the joys of summer and treasured precious moments outdoors with their daughter, Sterling.
Brittany, 27, announced on her Instagram Story on Sunday, July 2 that they are ready for a hiking adventure. She shared a photo of Patrick, also 27, carrying their 2-year-old in a carrier on his back. The next day, Brittany posted another adorable picture of their 2-year-old, Sterling, smiling for the camera while wearing sunglasses in her car seat.
In another Instagram Story on Sunday, Brittany discussed her family's busy summer travel plans. She mentioned that they were only home for two days before leaving again. Brittany captioned a picture of her packed suitcase, stating that Patrick had just finished OTAs and had only one month before reporting to training camp. They decided to make the most of that month by traveling. "YOLO," Brittany added.
The family's hiking trip follows Brittany's Instagram posts of her and Sterling interacting with a dolphin. Alongside photos of giving hugs and kisses to the 400lb aquatic creature, the soccer player wrote, "Ever snuggled a 400lbs dolphin?"
In the previous month, the family of four visited Hawaii for the 15 and the Mahomies Aloha Classic golf tournament. This yearly event supports Patrick's foundation, 15 and the Mahomies, which aims to aid children in need through donations to community programs and charities.
"We're thoroughly enjoying ourselves," expressed the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback in an Instagram video on June 26, showcasing snippets from the tournament. "We're generating a substantial amount of funds for an exceptional cause and relishing every moment of it."

During their tropical trip, Brittany and Patrick made the most of the event and enjoyed some time under the sun with their children. Sharing a post on June 23 titled "Island Life," Brittany showcased pictures from their family's beach day and expressed her admiration for her husband's photography skills on social media.
Captioning a set of three photos on June 24, Brittany referred to Patrick as a "10/10 Husband," with the last picture capturing him in a crouched position, capturing the ideal shot for his wife.
Brittany and Patrick have welcomed their son, Sterling, in February 2021. After a year, they tied the knot in Hawaii. In November 2022, they expanded their family with the arrival of their son, Bronze. Patrick shared a picture on Instagram captioned "Patrick 'Bronze' Lavon Mahomes III 11/28/22 7lbs 8oz" showing the newborn's feet.
The couple is known for coordinating their outfits with their children, whether it's for photo shoots or Chiefs games. On April 9, they celebrated Easter wearing matching orange ensembles with Sterling and Bronze. A month later, they made their debut at the Met Gala on May 1, wearing stunning Hugo Boss looks.
