Patrick Mahomes' Mom Hilariously Bonds with Taylor Swift in a Surprising Encounter at Madame Tussauds

Patrick Mahomes’ mom, Randi Mahomes, cleared things up about whether or not she’s gotten to meet Taylor Swift.

"After much anticipation, Randi took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, October 15 to share her exciting experience alongside a photo of her posing next to Taylor Swift's wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York City. Swift's statue is dressed in a cap and gown from her NYU commencement speech in 2022.

Randi's visit coincided with a significant moment, as Swift was seen in NYC during the same weekend with her new flame, Travis Kelce, who also happens to be her son's Chiefs teammate. The couple even made a special appearance on the October 14 episode of Saturday Night Live before enjoying a romantic dinner and attending the SNL after party. The next day, they were spotted hand in hand as they enjoyed a date night in Greenwich Village."

Swift has been seen at multiple Kansas City Chiefs games this season while dating Kelce, 34. In September, she made her debut at Arrowhead Stadium to watch the Chiefs play against the Chicago Bears. Patrick, 28, expressed his admiration for meeting Swift after the game.

“She's a great person,” said the quarterback during a September press conference. “But like Trav mentioned, I respect their need for privacy and will continue to support them from a distance.”

The Chiefs traveled to New York the following week to face the Jets. Prior to the game, Swift extended an invitation to Brittany Mahomes, Patrick's wife, to join her and her close friends Sophie Turner and Blake Lively for a girls' dinner. The next day, the group, accompanied by Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy, Sabrina Carpenter, and Hugh Jackman, attended the game at MetLife stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Since the outing with Swift and her friends, 28-year-old Brittany has been seen supporting Kelce and Patrick from the Chiefs' suite, alongside the pop star.

Earlier this month, a source revealed to us that Brittany was eagerly anticipating the opportunity to get to know Swift on a personal level, particularly because she and Patrick are avid fans.

"Brittany is ecstatic about developing a genuine friendship with Taylor. They have spent time together on a few occasions and have quickly formed a close bond," the insider divulged. "Brittany finds Taylor to be incredibly kind and grounded, and their rapport is exceptional."

The source also noted that the women were “having a blast” as they root for Travis and Patrick who are good friends off the field.
