Serval's versatility can be overwhelming for new players when it comes to building her. Her Shock DoT enabler ability allows for a unique playstyle when paired with characters like Sampo, while also serving as a mix of AoE and single-target damage dealer. It's worth noting that Serval won't be able to utilize the additional ability related to increasing follow-up attacks as she doesn't have them in her kit. However, the first two unconditional effects still make it the best option for Serval despite potentially benefiting other characters like Himeko or Jing Yuan more effectively.
