Pregnant Hilary Duff Gushes Over Family of 5 Before It Changes Forever With Babys Arrival

Hilary Duff is celebrating her family of five before the arrival of baby number four.

In a post on Instagram on Friday, April 26, the 36-year-old shared a collection of photos showing her husband, Matthew Koma, their daughters Banks and Mae, and her son Luca from her previous marriage with Mike Comrie.

Duff shared some cute photos of the five of them before everything changes. Her baby bump was the highlight in the slideshow.

She revealed her pregnancy in December 2023 and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her little one. Duff, known for her role in Lizzie McGuire, mentioned on April 21 that she won't be answering questions about the birth anymore.

Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly let you know that I won't be responding to any texts or direct messages asking about when the baby is coming. I appreciate all the love and humor, but believe me, nobody is more eager than me for the baby to arrive!

She continued: “Babies come when they are ready. I am trying my best to be patient! The days are long and uncomfortable. Promise I will let you know.”

The actress from How I Met Your Father has been using natural methods, like acupuncture, to help induce labor.

She shared on Instagram on April 16 that it has been a slow week and she is gently trying to give her baby the eviction notice. In the post, she joked about undergoing an acupuncture treatment with five needles sticking out of her face.

Duff thought about the decision to have a fourth child, calling it a "wild choice," and expressed gratitude towards Koma, 36, for his constant support.

In an Instagram post on April 7, she acknowledged Koma's help in managing the kids at the farmers market after his late-night shows, allowing her to get some much-needed rest. She also humorously questioned why she could sleep during the day while pregnant but struggled to sleep at night.

Duff first met her now-husband when she asked for his help with her fifth studio album, Breathe In. Breathe Out., back in 2015. This was during a time when she was no longer with her former hockey player husband, Comrie, who is now 43 years old.

After welcoming their first daughter, Banks, in October 2018, Duff and Koma tied the knot in 2019. The couple then had their second daughter, Mae, in March 2021.
