Gwyneth Paltrow, the founder of Goop, has revealed her exit strategy for the day the company is put up for sale. During an interview with Bustle to promote her new skin care line, good.clean.goop, the actress and entrepreneur alludes to the idea of disappearing multiple times.
After reflecting on the experience of reaching the age of 50, the interviewer proposed that Paltrow could potentially serve as a guiding figure, teaching us all how to gracefully navigate our 70s and 80s.
"I'll give it a shot, as far as I know myself. However, there's also a chance that I may decide to say 'screw it,'" Paltrow playfully quipped. "I might simply vanish into thin air, never to be seen again."
Paltrow, when asked about the potential buyer for Goop and the possibility of making millions of dollars, replied with uncertainty, stating that she has no clue and that Goop is not yet prepared for sale. She mentioned the need for a few more years before considering such a decision.
Paltrow expressed her contentment with the idea of making a dramatic exit on her 55th birthday, stating that she would be pleased with it. She confidently declared that she would completely vanish from public life, never to be seen again.
We will leave it to you to decide if Paltrow means it or was just talking a lot of goop.
