Cameron Diaz has her summer meal plan ready to go — and it apparently consists of just two items.
In a recent Instagram video, the 50-year-old Charlie's Angels actress showcased the contents of her refrigerator, which consisted solely of salad and white wine. While the video was intended to promote Diaz's partnership with Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Kitchen, fans couldn't help but comment on how much they loved the simplicity of her fridge. One Instagram user joked, "This is the dream fridge," while another chimed in, "I need to take a page out of your book!"
The Cameron Summer Crunch Salad is now being served at Goop Kitchen for diners in Southern California, as shared by Diaz in her own caption. For those who are not in the area, they can still enjoy the salad by following the recipe available on the website for Avaline, Diaz's wine brand.

"I am thrilled to collaborate with @goopkitchen and unveil my most beloved summer salad that pairs exquisitely with our new Avaline Sauvignon Blanc," expressed the Bad Teacher actress. This salad boasts of a burst of flavors and textures, featuring fresh and crispy gem lettuce, a sweet and spicy mango slaw, crunchy snow peas, carrots, cucumbers, fragrant herbs, slices of creamy avocado, and served alongside puffed rice, candied cashews, and goop Certified Clean cashew vinaigrette. You will undoubtedly fall in love with it!"
In 2020, Diaz partnered with Katherine Power to launch Avaline, their own wine collection. They were motivated to create their line of wine after realizing that most varieties available in the market contain harmful ingredients. Diaz explained in an interview with InStyle in July 2020 that they focus on the vineyard and how the grapes are grown. If the grapes are not organically grown, then the wine is most likely contaminated with pesticides, which is not something you want to consume."
Not all wines are vegan, but Avaline's wines are, according to Diaz. She explained that many wines are filtered through egg whites or fish bladder lining, which is not a vegan process. Diaz believes that occasional indulgences, like drinking wine, are important for overall health and happiness, even if they may not seem to align with healthy eating habits.
"According to her, achieving well-being is like solving an equation. She suggests that you don't need to have everything in life, but instead, you can have a small portion of it. It's important not to deprive yourself and to have fun. However, it's also crucial to be self-aware. If your well-being equation is mostly 80 percent good and 20 percent bad, a slight shift toward the center won't have a significant impact on you."
