Gwyneth Paltrow shared her thoughts on the idea of being in a poly relationship. She made it clear that it is not something she is interested in, stating, "No thanks! Not for me." Despite her personal preference, Paltrow emphasized that she holds no judgment towards those who choose this lifestyle. She expressed her own preference for monogamy, saying, "I'm a one man kinda gal."

Paltrow and Brad Falchuk have been in a relationship since 2014. They first met on the set of Glee, where Falchuk was a series co-creator and Paltrow played the recurring character Holly Holliday. In November 2017, it was confirmed that Paltrow, 53, and Falchuk got engaged.

In January 2018, the couple released a statement expressing their gratitude for finding each other at this point in their lives. They believe that their past successes and failures can now serve as the foundation for a healthy and happy relationship.

Paltrow and Falchuk got married in September 2018, less than a year after they met. Before this, Paltrow had been married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. She was unsure about getting married again.

In an interview with Marie Claire UK in October 2018, Paltrow said, "For a while, I thought, I don’t know if I’d ever do it again. I have my kids — what’s the point?" However, she met Falchuk, and he made her realize that he was worth committing to. She stated, "And then I met this incredible man, who made me think, no, this person is worth making this commitment to. I’m very much the marrying kind."

Paltrow and Falchuk took their time adjusting to married life. They decided to wait until August 2019 before moving in together to consider their children. (Gwyneth has a daughter named Apple and a son named Moses, born in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Falchuk is a father to Isabella, 19, and Brody, 17.)

"We wanted to give them some space and not rush things," Paltrow shared on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in October 2019.

Paltrow and Falchuk decided to take their relationship to the next level and moved in together. In 2019, Paltrow shared with InStyle that married life has been wonderful for them. They took a year to adjust and now they are happily living together. Paltrow expressed her love for her husband, describing him as brilliant, kind, and an equal partner. She enjoys the push and support he provides, making marriage fun for her.

Falchuk, on the other hand, never fails to show his admiration for his wife. In September 2021, he posted a heartfelt message on Instagram to celebrate her birthday, showing his love and appreciation for her.

Living with this woman, you quickly realize a few things. It's clear that she's beautiful, funny, and has her own way of doing things. She's always busy, yet always makes time for you. What really sets her apart is that she pays attention and takes action.
