She shared on her Instagram Story that she had some medical concerns after giving birth. The test results were unusual, so they stayed an extra night in the hospital. Although she doesn't have a diagnosis to share, she reassured everyone that she feels fine and doesn't want to cause unnecessary worry.

She also mentioned that both she and Rell were in good health and that she was feeling fantastic.

In the years since, Molzahn has fully embraced her role as a mother, sharing photos of fun outings with her children, Rell and Leopold. On Mother’s Day this month, she expressed her love for her daughter with a touching message, saying, “You made me mama. The greatest privilege of my life. You have unraveled me & rebuilt me into what I think is the best version of who God intended for me to be. And soon we will both have another new adventure ahead together as you become big sis, & I am rebuilt again learning to be a mother of 2. Thank you Taylor, for these precious gifts you’ve given me that make me ‘mama’.”

Molzahn became a part of Bachelor Nation in 2010, where she finished as a runner-up on Jake Pavelka’s season of the ABC dating series. She later appeared on both Bachelor Pad and Bachelor in Paradise.

They got married in 2018. Molzahn shared with We in 2016 about her boyfriend at the time, saying, "His smile is infectious. He's incredible, but it's his kind heart that won me over. Our first date was the best I've ever had, and from the moment I met him, I could sense there was something truly unique about him."
