Hilary Duff, who is 36 years old, is pregnant with her fourth child and is getting ready for the birth. She recently shared a light-hearted post on Instagram on April 16, joking that she is using acupuncture to help speed up the baby's arrival.
She posted a series of eight photos in a carousel, beginning with a close-up of her getting acupuncture. In the picture, five needles are visible on her face.
In the caption, she mentioned that it had been a quiet week for her. She also humorously added that she was gently trying to give her baby an "eviction notice."

Duff shared photos of a to-go meal from Caioti Pizza, her kids, pets, and a Cadillac. She also posted a picture of the Cadillac on her Instagram Story, mentioning that she enjoyed driving it for extra space during the end of her pregnancy.
Hilary Duff, a former Disney Channel star, has three kids with her ex-husband Mike Comrie and her current husband Matthew Koma. She shares son Luca, who is 12 years old, with Comrie, a former professional hockey player. The couple split in 2014, and their divorce was finalized two years later.
Duff started dating Koma, who is 36 years old, in 2017. The following year, they welcomed their daughter Banks, who is now 5 years old. In 2021, they had another daughter named Mae, who is now 3 years old. In their December 2023 holiday card, Duff and Koma announced that she is pregnant with their fourth child.
"Look at this surprise!" she excitedly wrote as she posted a picture of the card on Instagram. The photo shows Duff, Koma, and the kids all in their cozy pajamas. Duff playfully covers her stomach, looking surprised.
When their fourth baby arrives, fans can look forward to more family moments from Duff and Koma. These two parents love sharing photos of their kids having fun. Right after announcing the pregnancy, the family went to Disneyland and took lots of pictures with the characters.
Duff's caption at @disneyland read, "You got the sauce! It's always a day filled with happiness, joy, wonder, surprise, and calories! This time of year is my absolute favorite! You guys are so dialed. Love you, thanks for the memories."
As she waits for the baby to arrive, Duff has been keeping herself busy. Recently, she shared a Spotify "birthing playlist" that she created, hoping for a short 3-hour labor.
The playlist includes 53 songs, with tracks by Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, and Fleetwood Mac. Also featured is Winnetka Bowling League, Koma's band, with their latest song, "Sha La La."
