Jingliu, a highly-anticipated character in Honkai: Star Rail, will be released with Version 1.4, and players can acquire Eidolons for her which provide major damage boosts.
Pulling multiple copies of a character in Honkai: Star Rail, similar to Genshin Impact's Constellation system, rewards players with Eidolons that augment their abilities, resulting in increased damage and utility. Leaked Eidolons for Jingliu in Version 1.4 further enhance her potential by granting heightened Crit Rate, boosted levels for her Ultimate and Skills, and introducing exclusive interactions with her Talent. As a result, she becomes an invaluable asset for players' teams, boasting formidable strength.
A new leak has revealed the Eidolons that players can acquire for the highly-anticipated character Jingliu in Honkai: Star Rail. Jingliu, who is set to release with Version 1.4, has gained a lot of popularity within the game's lore as a significant character in the China-themed world of Xianzhou Luofu. The official announcement of Jingliu's release, along with the new five-star character Topaz, is expected soon after the Special Program of Version 1.3. These leaks now showcase the benefits of obtaining multiple copies of Jingliu.
Similar to Genshin Impact's Constellation system, Eidolons in Honkai: Star Rail offer bonuses to players who acquire more than one copy of a character. These Eidolons enhance specific aspects of the characters' abilities, often providing increased damage and utility. Some Eidolons even offer unique advantages, such as Kafka's second Eidolon that grants bonus damage to all damage-over-time effects caused by her allies. In the case of Jingliu, the leaked Eidolons appear to provide significant damage boosts to the Ice Destruction character for players who obtain additional copies of her.
A recent leak from Honkai: Star Rail leaker, Dimbreath, has unveiled the six available Eidolon upgrades for Jingliu in the Version 1.4 launch. Jingliu's first Eidolon grants her an increased Crit Rate after using her Ultimate or Enhanced Skill, along with a special buff when attacking single enemies. Subsequent Eidolons for Jingliu offer various generic buffs, with E2 increasing her Ultimate damage by 30%, E3 boosting her Ultimate level, and E5 enhancing her Skill level. Additionally, Jingliu's E4 and E6 abilities have unique interactions with her Talent, strengthening the benefits gained from consuming allies' HP and boosting her Crit Rate.
In Version 1.4, the post provides additional information on Jingliu's talents, specifically her Spectral Transmigration state during battles. By accumulating two stacks of her unique Syzygy buff, Jingliu enters an ascended state, granting her an additional turn and an Enhanced Skill. While in Spectral Transmigration, Jingliu absorbs up to 6% of her allies' HP to strengthen her own attacks based on the health she obtains. Rumor has it that Jingliu will be released as the first featured five-star banner character, expected to launch in mid-October.
However, Jingliu's debut in the Version 1.4 update is not the only addition to Honkai: Star Rail. The update will also introduce another five-star character and a new four-star unit. In Version 1.4, Jingliu will share the spotlight with Topaz, a new Fire character focused on DPS in the Hunt Path. Additionally, the update will unveil Guinaifen, a street performer from Xianzhou Luofu, as Honkai: Star Rail's newest four-star character. Both Jingliu and Topaz will offer players powerful options for damage-oriented teams once they are launched later this year.
Honkai: Star Rail is available now for PC and mobile devices with a PS5 version releasing in Q4 2023.
