Former cast member of The Real Housewives of New York City, Eboni K. Williams, has made it clear that she will not be making a comeback on Bravo. Additionally, she has shown no intention of joining Bethenny Frankel's proposed reality TV collaboration.
"When asked about the possibility of collaborating with Bethenny Frankel, 52, Williams, 40, expressed her strong disapproval and stated, 'I am not going to allow a white woman to represent my experiences with a multibillion-dollar corporation.' Both Williams and Frankel were featured in a recently published exposé by Vanity Fair on October 30th, where they, along with fellow RHONY alum Leah McSweeney, shared their alleged encounters at Bravo throughout the years. Williams appeared on season 13 in 2021, while Frankel made intermittent appearances from 2008 to 2019."
Frankel asserted that she had been a prostitute at the highest rate imaginable and was fully aware of the transaction taking place and the personal gain she would receive.
In contrast, McSweeney admitted to experiencing a relapse in her sobriety during the filming of season 12 of RHONY, which aired in 2020. In March, she filed a complaint for employment discrimination against Bravo, Shed Media, and Warner Bros. Discovery, alleging a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Two months later, an attorney representing all the defendants refuted McSweeney's claims and stated that accommodations had been provided for her disabilities.

When questioned about the reasons for her ongoing presence on RHONY despite facing challenges, McSweeney, aged 41, answered simply, "Financial gain and influence."
Williams shared a similar sentiment, affirming that being a part of the network is "an unmatched promotional powerhouse."
In October 2021, it was confirmed that Williams had accused her then-costar, Ramona Singer, of making a racially insensitive comment during filming. A source revealed at the time that Williams had filed a complaint internally through human resources, alleging that Singer had made the comment towards her weeks before the season 13 reunion. This was not the first time Singer had faced a complaint, as a crew member had previously filed one against her in December 2020. An investigation was conducted for both complaints, with the findings corroborating the first complaint but not the second one made by Williams.
Vanity Fair reported that RHONY crew members filed a complaint to HR after Singer uttered a racial slur in front of producer Darian Edmondson. Williams stated that an investigation into Singer's other alleged remarks concerning the necessity of Black cast members on the show was deemed inconclusive. NBCUniversal, on the other hand, chose not to provide a comment.
