If anyone knows how to pull off oversized clothing, it’s Dua Lipa.
On Tuesday, November 28, the 28-year-old "Houdini" singer made a bold fashion statement in New York City, donning a head-to-toe leather ensemble. Her outfit included a long, oversized black leather jacket, black and white leather trousers, black leather boots, and oval shaped black sunglasses. She completed the look with a black Hèrmes Birkin bag, showcasing her unique style.
She let her outfit make a statement, opting for a casual and natural look with minimal makeup and newly dyed red hair worn down and parted in the middle.
Lipa is familiar with the oversized trend, as seen in a recent Instagram photo where she wore an oversized trench coat with an extra long attached scarf during a weekend trip to Copenhagen, captioning the post "CPH weekend w my sisters ️."
Earlier this month, Lipa flaunted yet another bold oversized outfit. She shared a photo on Instagram wearing a black and white oversized fur tiger print coat as part of a series of vacation photos. The caption simply read: "Lucky Cat."
What sets Lipa's take on oversized fashion apart is her fearlessness in layering multiple oversized pieces at once.

An excellent example of this is the oversized gray pinstripe suit she donned at Variety’s Hitmakers Brunch in December 2022. It was a standout piece from The Attico’s resort 2023 collection, featuring equally voluminous proportions on both the top and bottom, adding a daring twist to the traditional business attire. Paired with black square-toed loafers and dark sunglasses, the ensemble exuded confidence and style.
Although Lipa is primarily known for her singing career, she has also continued to make a respected name for herself in the fashion industry.
