Daisy Kent Opens Up About Watching Herself on The Bachelor

Daisy Kent opened up about rewatching her experience on Joey Graziadei’s season 28 of The Bachelor. She shared on TikTok on March 11 that going through the journey felt very real at the time. However, watching it back brought a different challenge. Now, she has to deal with everyone else's expectations, comments, opinions, and predictions.

Daisy, who is 25 years old, wanted to make it clear to viewers that the women appearing on the show are just regular people.

She mentioned, "It's reality TV, so you're inviting people into your life and showing them parts of who you really are. Many of us have never experienced something like this before." Daisy also shared that watching the season back has been "absolutely amazing" but also "extremely challenging."

Many women in Bachelor Nation have faced hurtful comments online. Daisy appreciates the kindness and support shown to her and the other girls this season.

Daisy has been candid about her hearing loss and the use of a cochlear implant throughout Joey's season. She shared this personal information with Joey during their first one-on-one date in January.

She received her implant in 2023 and explained on the show that her hearing loss may have been a result of Lyme disease, which she was diagnosed with at age 21.

Daisy Kent, from Instagram, continued her journey on the latest episode of the show. After hometowns, she headed to Mexico for overnight dates with Rachel Nance and Kelsey Anderson. During her date with Joey, they rode four-wheelers in the jungle for the day portion. Daisy expressed her feelings to Joey, telling him that falling in love with him has been a fun and life-changing experience.

Joey expressed his feelings to Daisy, admitting that he was also falling in love with her. They shared a romantic moment in an outdoor shower before going to dinner. Afterwards, they received the key to their fantasy suite to spend their first night together.

In another part of the episode, Kelsey, 25, shared her concerns about Joey not choosing her in the end. She tried to have a conversation with him, but he was not in his hotel room. Instead, she left a note at his door saying, “We need to talk.”

The Bachelor airs on ABC Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
