Civilization 6's Leader Pass expanded the game with new leaders, including the Great Negotiators Pack which introduced Nzinga Mbande and Abraham Lincoln. Additionally, the pack offered an alternate persona for Arabia's existing leader, Sultan Saladin. As the founder of the Ayyubid dynasty and first sultan of Egypt and Syria, Saladin's military and strategic prowess is well-known. His unique Leader ability, The Victorious, reflects his defeat of the European Crusaders through a combination of religious and military tactics.

How to Play as Sultan Saladin
Sultan Saladin's Leader ability focuses on both military and religious conflict, providing players with versatile boosts to their yields. After researching Military Tradition, players can trigger Flanking and Support bonuses when two friendly units are adjacent to each other and the enemy unit. The Flanking bonus raises the attack strength of one friendly unit attacking the enemy, while the Support bonus raises defense if the enemy attacks one of the friendly units. These bonuses can stack multiple times and can turn the tide of a battle when combined with Sultan Saladin's The Victorious ability.
The Victorious ability allows Sultan Saladin players to dominate in both military and religious conflicts, making it possible to pursue either a Domination or a Religious Victory. Other abilities of Arabia complement these strengths, such as the Mamluk's self-healing and +100% Flanking and Support bonus, The Last Prophet, and Madrasa, which guarantee a strong Religion even when focusing on military units in the early game.
Civilization 6 is available for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
