Brittany Cartwright found out that the rumors of Jax Taylor cheating were false after looking into it herself.

During the Vanderpump Rules After Show on Tuesday, March 12, Cartwright, 35, and Taylor, 44, separately talked about the speculation of his infidelity. The cast of The Valley and Vanderpump Rules also joined the couple in paired off interviews to discuss their views on the drama.

Taylor explained that when she had a job in Atlantic City, the lady who hired her would take pictures with everyone, including celebrities. It was a normal practice for any celebrity who visited to take photos with the person in charge.

On the other hand, Cartwright shared that she did some detective work of her own. She and others found all the photos and discovered the truth. It turned out that the person in the photo was a girl Taylor was working with, and the man was the bar owner. The woman in the picture was the owner's wife, and he was also present at the time.

After rumors surfaced on a recent episode of Vanderpump Rules, the couple addressed the speculation. Scheana Shay initiated the discussion by highlighting the progress Taylor and Cartwright have made since his season 6 cheating incident with Faith Stowers.

“Look at Jax and Brittany. They were married and had a baby,” Shay, 38, said before Katie Maloney pulled a face. “I could not believe that when they did.”

Maloney, 37, mentioned that there are still stories circulating about Taylor in town. Shay also heard the same information, which Lala Kent found extremely surprising.

During the aftershow, Taylor accused Maloney of initially spreading the rumors, saying, "Katie loves to stir up trouble. She often sees things on Reddit and starts spreading rumors. That's just her way. She's spreading all sorts of things. Can you refresh my memory on what it was again, though?"

Maloney clarified that she only shared a blind item with others.

She explained, "I didn't create these rumors or target them towards myself. Anyone can see these blind items, and thousands already have." Maloney added, "If you come across blind items about people you know, you're likely to share them with others you know."

During a conversation with Ariana Madix, Maloney shared her personal belief that Taylor may have been unfaithful.

Viewers of Bravo had already witnessed Taylor and Cartwright navigate challenges and triumphs on Vanderpump Rules before they appeared on The Valley. Their relationship began on the show, leading up to their wedding documented in 2019.

One year later, Taylor and Cartwright announced their departure from Vanderpump Rules. They have since expanded their family with son Cruz, born in 2021. As fans look forward to seeing them on The Valley, the couple revealed that they are currently "taking time apart" from their marriage.

Brittany addressed questions about her relationship with Jax on their "When Reality Hits" podcast on February 29. She emphasized the importance of being honest with their fans, who have been a big part of their lives. Brittany wanted to share the truth and not give the impression of hiding anything from their supporters.

She explained that amidst all the rumors and gossip online, she wanted to be honest with everyone. Marriages can be tough, and she had a challenging year. She and Jax have decided to take a break, and she chose to move into a new place to give herself some space for her mental well-being.
