Brittany Cartwright shared some unexpected details about her intimate life with Jax Taylor on Bravo's The Valley.

In a preview of the upcoming episode, the 35-year-old reality star confides in her friends about the challenges she's facing in her marriage.

The last time I had sex was probably about a month and a half ago, at least," she tells Kristen Doute, Nia Booko, Michelle Lally, and Janet Caperna. She adds, "He needs to make me feel attractive because I don't feel that way right now."

In the clip, Brittany mentions that they have talked about this before. She says, "He knows. It's been a big deal. And if he puts me down, I'm going to cry."

During a confessional, Brittany opens up about the issues she has been facing with Jax, who is 44 years old.

She reveals, "Jax tends to criticize me a lot. Whether it's for going out with my friends and feeling sick the next day, or for my appearance, he often puts me down." Brittany expresses her belief that a partner should uplift and support you, but she feels like Jax is doing the opposite.

She continues to express her disappointment, mentioning, "It's really unfortunate because I've always supported him despite everything he's put me through. I've always defended him and believed in him. It just feels like I don't receive the same level of support in return."

Before becoming a part of The Valley, Jax and Brittany shared the ups and downs of their relationship on Vanderpump Rules. Their wedding in 2019 was captured on the show, a year before they decided to leave. They later welcomed their son Cruz in 2021, expanding their family.

Jax and Brittany shocked their fans by revealing their separation earlier this year.

Brittany addressed the situation on their podcast "When Reality Hits" in February, expressing the importance of being honest with their audience. She emphasized the need to share the truth about their relationship, as they have always been open about their lives with their fans.

Brittany explained that the decision to take a break from her marriage was not sudden. She mentioned, "Marriages can be very challenging, and I went through a tough year. Jax and I have decided to spend some time apart, and I felt it was necessary for my mental well-being to move into a different home. I don't want to go into too much detail at this moment because it's still difficult for me to talk about."

Following the decision to put their marriage on hold, Brittany openly talked about how the lack of intimacy played a role in their ongoing marital issues.

Maintaining romance and excitement is crucial for a successful relationship. In a recent interview with We magazine, a woman shared her struggles with feeling unappreciated and disconnected from her partner after many years together. She expressed how the lack of intimacy and affection was affecting her self-esteem, leaving her questioning the strength of their bond.

The woman, Brittany, opened up about her desires for her partner, Jax, to make changes in their relationship. She emphasized the importance of Jax putting in more effort, such as attending therapy, prioritizing their time together over nights out at the bar, and showing her more respect. Brittany revealed feeling like she was being taken for granted and treated poorly, indicating that she had reached a breaking point in their relationship.

The Valley airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET and will be available to stream on Peacock the next day.
