In February 2022, the news of the pregnancy of the Dancing With the Stars professional was confirmed. This announcement followed the couple's debut of their relationship a year ago. Although she has formed a close bond with Green's children - Kassius, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey - the Australian dancer clarified in an exclusive interview with We in October 2021 that she is not in a hurry to have children of her own.

"We can't guarantee that our love will last till we reach the stage of having kids," elaborated the professional dancer. "Although we both hope for it to be our endgame, we can't make any promises so soon, especially to [his] children." After meeting on the set of Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1999, Green and the actress began dating. They became engaged in 2001 and had a child, Kassius, in the following year. However, their relationship came to an end in 2003.

Marcil alleged in 2018 that her ex-partner had not visited their son for five years and that Kassius had never met his younger brother. She further claimed that her son was not permitted to know the whereabouts of his biological father, stepmother, and three other siblings. While Green did not initially respond to these accusations, he has since shared photographs with Kassius on Instagram.

Megan Fox

Megan Fox, a native of Tennessee, first met her future husband, Brian Austin Green, on the set of Hope & Faith in 2004. The couple tied the knot in June 2010 in Hawaii and welcomed their first child, Noah, in 2012. Two years later, they welcomed their second child, Bodhi. Despite a brief split in 2015, Fox and Green reconciled and welcomed their third child, Journey, in 2016.

Following their separation announcement, Green and Fox clashed over Instagram photos of their children six months later. Fox accused Green of using their kids to bolster his image, stating, "You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year.” However, a source revealed in July 2021 that while coparenting is still a work in progress, the former couple is in a better place than they were a year and a half ago.

Via Instagram, the Midnight in the Switchgrass actress and her partner showed a united front in June 2023, as they pushed back against claims made by former music video director Robby Starbuck that Fox had "forced" their children to wear "girls' clothes." The couple strongly refuted the accusations, with Fox taking to social media to criticise Starbuck for "exploiting" their child's gender identity for political purposes.

Green denied the allegations, stating to TMZ that the story was "totally bogus." He also claimed that only a few individuals in their world could verify the truth of the story, and he could confirm with absolute certainty that it was false. Green further criticized the individual making the claims, stating that they had selfish motives and did not care about the potential harm to the parent-child relationship.

During an interview with Us in October 2021, the ABC personality praised Green's adorable relationship with his four children. Burgess had also expressed her gratitude for being able to fit into their coparenting dynamic with Fox, describing Green as a wonderful dad who, along with his ex-wife, had raised three beautiful and kind children. She had shared her admiration for their amazing job in February 2021 during an interview with The Morning Show hosts.

Green welcomed his fifth son, Zane Walker, on June 28, 2022, with Burgess.
