Brian Austin Green Fires Back at 'Bad Father' Accusations Amid Fashion Debate with Megan Fox

Brian Austin Green recently spoke out in support of his ex-wife Megan Fox, who was wrongly accused of making their three sons wear clothes typically meant for girls. His statement came just days after the false allegations were made, showing his unwavering support for Fox and their children.

The actress, Megan Fox, responded to allegations made by her former music video director and current congressional candidate Robby Starbuck on Twitter that her children had a "full-on breakdown" when instructed to wear "girls' clothes" by Fox. In an Instagram post on June 10, Fox denounced Starbuck's claims and criticized his use of her child's gender identity for political gain, stating that it was an exploitative and malevolent act. She emphasized the importance of not using children as leverage or social currency in any circumstance.

Green vehemently denied the allegations, labeling them a "completely fabricated story" during an interview with TMZ on Saturday. He asserted that only a select few individuals possess the credibility to attest to the veracity of such claims, and he maintained unequivocally that they were untrue. The former Masked Dancer judge, who has two children – a 21-year-old son named Kassius with ex-partner Vanessa Marcil and an 11-month-old son named Zane with current partner Sharna Burgess – asserted that the individual making these accusations was motivated solely by self-interest and exhibited a total disregard for the well-being of parent-child relationships.

Green and Fox have been openly supportive of their sons' gender identities and have continued to co-parent amicably after their split in 2020. In an interview with Glamour UK in April 2022, Fox spoke about her admiration for her eldest child, Noah, who has been openly expressing his gender identity by wearing dresses since the age of 2. Despite her concerns as a mother, Fox acknowledged that her child's journey is important and meaningful, and expressed her hope for a world where gender expression is accepted without judgment.

"I have always instilled these values into my children since they were young, so that they never feel like outcasts or different from others. Unfortunately, I cannot control the reactions of other people or the things that other children have learned and may repeat to my kids at school. Despite this, I am immensely proud of my children."
