Fu Xuan, a significant member of the Xianzhou Alliance's Divination Commission, has the ability to predict the future and uses her powers accordingly. Lynx, known for her environmental exploration, hails from the Landau Family, the same family as playable characters Serval and Gepard.

Fu Xuan, a new Quantum character in Honkai: Star Rail, was revealed by Reddit user Hawichii. Her skill, called Astronomical Wonder, incorporates a defensive ability that redirects some of the damage received by allies to herself. Additionally, it heals allies and boosts their critical hit rate. Her ultimate ability, Ultimate Evolution, inflicts a considerable amount of Quantum damage to all enemies based on Fu Xuan's maximum HP. Fu Xuan's talent, After Woe Comes Weal, reduces damage received by allies and heals herself as long as she remains standing. Hawichii's leak also unveiled Fu Xuan's Eidolons, which provide various buffs like boosted crit rate, energy regeneration, and protection. Fu Xuan possesses the Eidolons Cycle of Life and Death (level 1), Ominous Omen (level 2), Duty Deity (level 3), Propitious Star (level 4), True Diviner (level 5), and Salvation (level 6). The latter significantly enhances the damage of Fu Xuan's ultimate. In Honkai: Star Rail, the character Light Cone, known as Vision, raises the wearer and allies' maximum HP while also restoring the party's HP during battles.
