Finding Scorbunny in the Polar Biome

In the Polar Biome of the Terarium, Scorbunny can be spotted dashing across the slopes. However, there's a catch - you must contribute 3000 Blueberry Points (BP) to the Terarium Club's Polar Biome to unlock the opportunity to encounter Scorbunny. Look for Scorbunny near the boundary separating the Polar Biome from the Canyon Biome. Please note that unlike Torchic, another Polar Biome-exclusive, Scorbunny does not appear in the caves of the Polar Biome.

To contribute BP, head to the League Club at Blueberry Academy and utilize the computer. Ensure that you allocate the 3000BP specifically to the Polar Biome to increase your chances of encountering Scorbunny. Blueberry Points are earned by completing Blueberry Quests (BBQs) which are regularly restocked. Keep completing BBQs to unlock advanced ones, denoted by a red background, and receive higher quantities of BP. Once you receive a call from Director Cyrano, the advanced BBQs will become available.

Obtaining Scorbunny without the Indigo Disk DLC

If you don't have the Indigo Disk DLC, fret not! There are alternative methods to add Scorbunny to your collection.

Transferring Scorbunny from Pokemon Sword/Shield is one way to obtain it. Simply download Pokemon HOME on your Switch, move Scorbunny from your Sword/Shield PC Box to your Basic Box in Pokemon HOME, and then transfer it to Scarlet/Violet. Alternatively, you can trade with another player who has Scorbunny or its evolutions. Ensure you have a Nintendo Online Membership for wireless trading.

If you prefer having a Scorbunny with your Trainer ID, consider breeding the transferred or traded Scorbunny. The hatched Scorbunny will bear your Trainer ID, giving it a personal touch.

Evolving Scorbunny and Raboot into Cinderace

Once you have Scorbunny in your possession, the journey doesn't end there. Discover how to evolve Scorbunny into Cinderace.

Scorbunny evolves into Raboot at level 16. To further evolve Raboot into Cinderace, you'll need to reach level 35. If you want to expedite the leveling process for a hatched Scorbunny, consider using Exp. Candies. In the wild, Scorbunny found in the Polar Biome are typically higher levels than 16 or 35. Remember, you'll need to level up Scorbunny twice - once to get Raboot and then again to obtain Cinderace.
