Tammy Slaton from 1000-Lb. Sisters can't stop talking about her amazing new friends, but not everyone is as impressed by them.
On Monday, June 3, Slaton, 37, shared a video on Instagram of her hanging out with her friends Haley Michelle and Paola Román at a park. They were all dressed in black and having a great time together.
She posted the video with the caption: “Three is the magic number #magic #spiritualsisters”.
This was Michelle's first appearance in almost a month, alongside Román, on Slaton’s social media. Some comments showed that not everyone was happy about her comeback.
“️ damn I enjoyed the last month without seeing the clout chasers,” the top comment on the post reads. “Such a weird vibe.”
Another commented, “We don’t like them, Tammy girl.”

Michelle suddenly started appearing frequently on Slaton's social media this year, leading some to question her intentions of using Slaton for fame. In April, the three friends, including Román, embarked on a "girls trip" and shared their adventures multiple times on social media.
Michelle captioned an Instagram photo of her and Slaton on April 24, saying, "Spiritual Sisters, our powerful connection speaks for itself. We don't need to explain anything to anyone. You are my Best Friend." During the same trip, she shared another picture of them with their feet hanging in a pool, expressing her pride, saying, "Proud of you."
Slaton’s sister and costar Amy Slaton hasn’t been seen with her sibling on Instagram since January 2023, when they were hanging out with Michelle.
Fans started to wonder about Michelle's intentions and if Slaton and Michelle were dating, especially after Slaton mentioned she felt "like a lesbian" after her husband Caleb Willingham passed away in June 2023. This led Slaton to address the speculation and clarify the situation.

In a TikTok video posted on April 29, Slaton, Michelle, and Román were seen dancing to the song "Friends" by Marshmello and Anne-Marie. The lyrics appeared on the screen: “F-R-I-E-N-D-S / We’re just friends / So don’t go look at me with that look in your eye.”
Although some of Slaton’s followers remain skeptical about Michelle and Román's sudden appearance in her life, not everyone is questioning their motives.
"Tammy is receiving a lot of positive feedback on her latest video. One comment said, 'She needs support from other places and it seems like she’s getting just that. I’m proud of her progress.'"
Another comment read, "Tammy is an adult who can make her own decisions!"
