What channel is Yellowstone on?

The show initially aired on the Paramount Network, but due to strikes by writers and actors causing a delay in new projects, CBS opted to premiere Yellowstone as part of its lineup. The debut episode of Season 1, released five years ago, drew in over seven million viewers, with half of them being new to the series. CBS's chief marketing officer Mike Benson remarked to Variety, "80% of the CBS audience has never seen an episode of Yellowstone. We want to remind the audience that it's not only a phenomenal show, but it's a cultural phenomenon."

The situation gets a bit tricky when it comes to streaming. In 2020, Peacock, NBCUniversal's streaming service, secured the rights to Yellowstone. Since then, the series has become even more popular and has received better critical reception. However, due to the agreement, Yellowstone cannot be added to Paramount+ right now. As a Gen Z fan of Yellowstone, I am thrilled about the upcoming spinoff series and the new series featuring Matthew McConaughey. I can't wait to see how the story continues and how the new characters will fit into the Yellowstone universe. I'm also excited about the possibility of Yellowstone being added to Paramount+ in the future, as it would make it easier for me to watch the show.

However, I am disappointed that Yellowstone is not currently available on Paramount+ in the US. I think it's a shame that fans have to go through the hassle of using a VPN to watch the show.
