Find Those in Need at the Statue of the Seven in Mary-Ann Memorial Park in Genshin Impact
Exploring Mary-Ann Memorial Park in Genshin Impact, players might come across a quest marker located near the Statue of the Seven. Descend from the Statue and encounter researchers seeking assistance in the vicinity.
Volunteering to assist these researchers initiates the Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles quest in Genshin Impact, serving as the official gateway to the Central Laboratory Ruins. This location offers the opportunity to explore floating water blocks. However, to progress to this stage, players must first retrieve the remaining Anchors in Genshin Impact.
How To Retrieve The Remaining Anchors In Genshin Impact
To retrieve the remaining Anchors in Genshin Impact, players are required to solve puzzles in two distinct locations. The first one is situated in the Institute Dormitories, whereas the second one can be found in the Institute of Clockwork Applications.
Retrieve The Anchor In The Institute Dormitories
To acquire the Anchor in the Institute Dormitories within Genshin Impact, players should initially locate an Ousia Block situated at the far end of the room. Subsequently, they should proceed back to the entrance and strike the Pneuma-aligned Fixed Storage Device in order to activate the Research Terminal. Alternatively, players can opt to utilize the Ousia Arkhe instead of physically picking up the Block. In this scenario, the most convenient choice would be to employ Lynette's Skill, as she is a freely obtainable character in Genshin Impact.
After the door opens, Pick Up the Energy Transfer Device and place it in front of the Research Terminal by the door.
Next, proceed further and activate the Energy Transfer Terminal, which will alter the player's viewpoint to where the Terminal's camera-like device is positioned. While in this camera perspective, direct the cross-hair towards the activated (blue) Fixed Storage Device and press the action button to acquire the Energy. Afterwards, redirect the cross-hair towards the red Energy Transfer Device and press the action button once again to transfer the Energy into it.
Once the Energy Transfer Device is activated (which will appear blue in color), retrieve it and proceed inside. Place the device in close proximity to the Research Terminal, which will trigger the closing of the gate. Initiate the mechanism to unlock the door, enabling players to acquire the first Anchor necessary for the Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles quest in the game Genshin Impact.
Retrieve The Anchor In The Institute Of Clockwork Applications
Proceed to the Institute Of Clockwork Applications in order to acquire the second Anchor. Once Nacker grants you access, enter the premises where you will encounter two vigilant Mekas stationed near the Energy Transfer Terminal. Overcome them to unlock its seal.
Before engaging the Terminal, proceed to the room's corner and dismantle a large rock formation to unveil a Fixed Storage Device. As in previous instances, deploy the Ousia Block on the wall to trigger activation, transforming its hue from red to blue.
Now, activate the Energy Transfer Terminal, and aim the cross-hair at the Terminal on the right side of the room to switch the camera view.
Subsequently, extract the Energy from the Fixed Storage Device, and direct the cross-hair towards the Terminal situated beneath the Ousia Block in order to switch the camera view once more. Finally, activate the Research Terminal by pressing the action button on the red Fixed Storage Device, thereby granting players access to open the door.
Head inside the gate and claim the final Anchor for the Fontaine Research Institute Chronicles quest in Genshin Impact.
