Genshin Impact Unveils Exciting 37 Banner Characters and Weapons

Get ready for Genshin Impact's update 37 as the game officially announces the latest list of limited characters and weapons for the first banner phase Expect new playable units to be offered for 2-3 weeks in every banner cycle in the game Stay ahead of the game and don't miss out on this exciting update!

Genshin Impact's official social media accounts have unveiled the limited characters and weapons that will be featured in the first part of update 3.7. As per the game's tradition, every banner cycle introduces a new Limited Character Banner that offers a fresh set of playable units for a period of 2-3 weeks.

Currently, the ongoing Genshin Impact banner cycle includes two five-star characters, Baizhu and Ganyu, along with a new four-star character, Kaveh. However, the recent live stream event has confirmed that the upcoming version 3.7 will only introduce a new four-star character named Kirara to the roster.

Genshin Impact's Limited Character Banners always showcase a mix of five-star and four-star characters. While the five-star characters may be more powerful than their four-star counterparts, the latter can be upgraded to higher constellation levels much more easily due to a lower pity requirement. Recently, the game's official Twitter account announced the four-star characters that will be available in the upcoming months. The first banner for Genshin Impact version 3.7 will include the following characters:

- Yoimiya, a five-star Pyro bow user

- Yae Miko, a five-star Electro catalyst user

- Kirara, a four-star Dendro sword user

- Yunjin, a four-star Geo sword user

- Chongyun, a four-star Cryo claymore user.

At present, Yoimiya stands out as one of the top Pyro characters in Genshin Impact, with a focus on dealing damage to single targets. The upcoming update will bring a Story Quest for Yoimiya, providing players with an opportunity to learn more about this Inazuma-based character.

It is interesting to note that both Yoimiya and Yae Miko are linked to the Inazuma region, which could suggest that the game's main story will return to the Electro nation. Yae Miko is one of the strongest Electro characters in Genshin Impact, alongside the Inazuma Archon Raiden Shogun. Yae's playstyle is relatively straightforward, as players can deploy her three totems and use her Elemental Burst whenever possible.

The newest addition to the roster, Kirara, boasts a unique ability to transform into a delivery box and move at an increased speed. Additionally, her Elemental Burst provides valuable Dendro application for players. It's been quite some time since the last Geo character, Yunjin, was introduced in early 2022. She's an essential pick for those who want to run Yoimiya in their team, as Yunjin can significantly boost Yoimiya's primary source of damage, her Normal Attack.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version currently in development.
