Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke, friends from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, had a feeling that Kyle Richards' marriage to Mauricio Umansky was experiencing difficulties. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Beauvais jokingly mentioned their suspicions. When asked if she had spoken to Richards since news of her separation broke, Beauvais revealed that she had sent a text asking about her well-being, to which Richards replied, "I'm hanging in there."
Beauvais hinted that Richards' relationship will be discussed in the upcoming season 13 of RHOBH, as confirmed by Andy Cohen.
"I believe that this topic will be featured on the next season of Beverly Hills in some capacity," the 55-year-old Bravo producer stated on his Radio Andy show, airing on Monday, July 10. "That's all I can reveal."
Similar to Beauvais, Richards has also reached out to Cohen. In an exclusive interview with We on Wednesday, July 12, during the premiere of Real Housewives of New York City, he disclosed that the two have been in "contact," classifying their breakup as one of the top 10 in Housewives history.
Earlier this month, Us confirmed that Richards and Umansky, aged 53, were going through a difficult phase in their 27-year marriage. "Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while but are currently still living together," revealed an inside source exclusively to Us, adding that the couple is handling the situation amicably as they navigate their next steps.
Richards and the star of Buying Beverly Hills, who have three daughters together, addressed their relationship status in a joint statement on Instagram. They clarified that the news of their divorce is false, but did acknowledge that they have faced challenges in the past year. Despite the difficulties, they expressed their love and respect for each other and emphasized that neither party is at fault. As a couple in the public eye, they requested the privacy to address their issues privately.
Following their Fourth of July celebration in Aspen, Colorado with Umansky and their daughters, Richards clarified on July 7 that she and country singer Morgan Wade are simply "very good friends," thus debunking dating rumors. Ever since their separation caused upheaval among Bravo fans, Richards and Umansky have been diligently working towards reconciliation.

According to a second source, their marriage was on the verge of ending. However, once news of their split became public, they chose to take measures to rekindle their relationship and rebuild the foundation. They are determined to find a way to make their marriage work.
