Link can obtain the Light of Blessing from the Mayasiar Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom by solving a puzzle located outside the shrine space. This puzzle involves utilizing reflection and light, and can be found on Starview Island. With the solution to this mystery uncovered, Link can then gain access to the shrine and claim his reward.
Mayasiar Shrine Location in TotK
The Mayasiar Shrine is a hidden location in Tears of the Kingdom, situated in the western skies of Hyrule at the coordinates -3545, -0320, and 1965 high. To reach it, players need to head to the North Gerudo Sky Archipelago, which is located above the Gerudo Highlands.
To explore the archipelago in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, players can take advantage of the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. Gliding towards the large floating sphere, they will enter a low-gravity field in the airspace. Upon reaching the nearest floating island, players can use floating platforms and rockets to their advantage. However, players should be aware of the cold temperatures in this sky area and prepare accordingly with cold resistance food or appropriate clothing.
To reach the sphere at greater heights, Link can attach rockets to the platforms. As the low gravity allows the platform to maintain momentum even after the rockets dissipate, it is advisable to wait for it to come to a complete halt before attaching another rocket.
Once players have ascended to a height equivalent to approximately two rockets, they will have the ability to jump and glide towards the sphere. Due to the reduced gravity, Link will be able to travel further distances and descend at a slower rate than usual. Alternatively, players can construct their own flying machine and pilot it towards the shrine's coordinates.
Mayasiar Shrine Walkthrough
Upon reaching the upper hemisphere of the structure, players will be met with a grand entrance that leads to a central platform. From there, they will be introduced to the breathtaking Starview Island location. The island boasts a plethora of rotating mirrors and four colossal lamps arranged on a wheel at its core.
Players can achieve the objective of illuminating the hexagonal switch located at the top of the structure by strategically reflecting light off the mirrors. The first step towards achieving this goal is to push the turnstile, located in the center of the room, to rotate the lamps in the direction of the mirror at the same height.
The lamp's light reflects on the surface and bounces off a ceiling mirror before reaching a platform above through another mirror. The structure features several updrafts that allow players to ascend to the said platform easily.
Once there, players can rotate this mirror to hit yet another mirror on a similarly-sized platform across the way.
Again, players should follow the light to the next mirror and rotate it toward a mirror on a lower platform on the opposite side of the structure.

At this next mirror, players can direct the light toward the switch located on the right to open a small chamber containing a Sage's Will.
Next, direct the light to the mirror in the center of the room.
After rotating the final mirror, players can easily illuminate the switch placed in front of it. Although players could have done this while rotating the central platform at the start, they can still do it now without any fear of disrupting their progress.

When all the mirrors are aligned, the reflected light will trigger the switch and reveal the Mayasiar Shrine.
Upon entering the shrine, players have the opportunity to obtain Rauru's Blessing, which includes both the Light of Blessing and a Star-Fragment Staff from a chest. While the staff may not be the most powerful weapon, it can certainly prove useful in illuminating the darker corners of Hyrule for Link.
