Unlocking Tarrey Town's Storehouse: Tips for Zelda Players

Players who have explored Tarrey Town in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be pleased to know that the town still stands in Tears of the Kingdom. Hudson Construction has played a crucial role in rebuilding most of Hyrule, and players can once again engage in the complex side quest of building Tarrey Town. However, players may encounter a roadblock when attempting to enter Hudson and Rhonson's storehouse, as the door appears to be stuck from the inside. This guide will provide players with a solution to opening the stubborn storehouse door in Tarrey Town.

How to Open the Storehouse Door

The door by Rhondson's counter in Tarrey Town proves to be a challenge for Link as it appears to be blocked from the other side. Attempting to open it proves futile, leaving players with the task of finding alternative entry into the storehouse.

Underneath Tarrey Town lies a cave with its entrance located directly north of the storehouse. To access it, players must either glide or climb down on the edge of the location. The tunnel is simple, leading players to the end where they will find the Bubbul Frog. It is recommended to shoot the frog to collect the valuable Bubbul Gem before proceeding. To continue, players must climb onto the rock podium and activate the Ascend ability.

The cave is located directly underneath Rhondson and Hudson's storehouse, so Link will ascend right inside.

Gamers who enter the storehouse will notice a fallen President Hudson sign obstructing the entrance. However, with the Ultrahand ability, they can easily remove the sign and grant Rhondson access to the storehouse once again.

Reward for Opening the Storehouse Door

Accessing the storehouse door in Tears of the Kingdom doesn't lead to a side quest, but it does provide players with a unique reward: the President Hudson cutout. Rhondson had considered disposing of these cutouts, but is willing to give them to Link instead. Once obtained, players are free to use the cutouts however they please, as they will remain accessible on the side of the storehouse in Tarrey Town.

Players have the option to combine the cutout with a shield, resulting in the creation of a President Hudson Shield. Moreover, they can fuse it with their weapons to produce a President Hudson Guster that operates similarly to a fan and boosts the weapon's attack potency by 6. This makes it a superior choice over the Korok Frond and the wooden board.
