To obtain the Pilgrim's Perch Key, players must first navigate to the Skyrest Bridge. This location becomes accessible after defeating Pieta, the initial real challenge in the game. Fortunately, players have the option to summon an NPC to assist them during the battle, allowing them to focus on attacking.

Upon reaching the Skyrest Bridge, engage in a conversation with Stomund. Select the "Purchase" option to explore his inventory, which contains various items, including the Pilgrim's Perch Key. This key can be acquired by spending 9,500 Vigor. Initially, most players may not possess the required amount of Vigor, thus necessitating some farming for currency. However, they should have already unlocked numerous Vestige points. Find the one that is surrounded by many enemies, eliminate them, and reset by resting at the Vestige point.
