This fan-designed creature is described as a "floating island," staying true to the original lore of Groudon being a massive chunk of Earth. However, unlike the original Groudon, Groundora's Flying-type nature has caused it to levitate and become a home for smaller Pokemon. The artist has also reimagined other Pokemon, such as transforming Kyogre into a Psychic-type.
Although Primal Groudon is already one of the largest Pokemon, Groundora surpasses even the biggest creatures in the series. Its immense size is reflected in its Pokedex entry, which states that it cannot be captured in a Poke Ball. Additionally, its aptly named ability "Continental" further adds to its impressive power.
JJonie is well-known for their impressive Pokemon fan art, including amazing creations like this Kyogre transformation.
