World of Warcraft has recently announced that they will be launching Patch 10.1.7, titled Fury Incarnate, on September 5th. This upcoming content update is the final release before Patch 10.2, which will signal the start of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight Season 3.

Over the past few weeks, World of Warcraft has been conducting extensive testing of numerous features included in Patch 10.1.7 on the Public Test Realm, in preparation for its highly anticipated release. While Fury Incarnate may not be considered one of World of Warcraft's major content updates, it still offers a substantial amount of engaging activities for players to partake in.

Starting on September 5, with the arrival of the next World of Warcraft update, fans will have the opportunity to embark on a fresh set of story quests. This patch will lay the foundation for Dragonflight Patch 10.2 and continue the Silver Purpose questline, focusing on the reforging of Keeper Tyr. Moreover, players undertaking the Heritage Armor questlines for the Forsaken and Night Elves will be rewarded with stunning cosmetic armor sets. Additionally, a new quest centered around the Draenei will unlock Man'ari Eredar customizations for the race.

In addition to these exciting additions, Fury Incarnate introduces exhilarating events to WoW. Dreamsurges, a world event similar to Fyrakk Assauts, will occur each week, affecting a different Dragon Isles zone. During these events, players will encounter familiar villains from World of Warcraft history, have the opportunity to earn catch-up gear, and access special bonuses such as experience boosts and helpful NPC vendors.
