Bargainer Statues in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom are enormous, four-eyed goddess-type statues that act as Depths "merchants." The first Bargainer Statue can be found in Lookout Landing, where players can purchase pieces of two different Armor Sets using Poes, depending on how many other Bargainer Statues Link has interacted with.
To unlock the Depths Set, which includes the Hood of the Depths, Tunic of the Depths, and Gaiters of the Depths, players must interact with all six of the remaining Bargainer Statues. Here are the locations of each Statue and how to unlock each piece of the Depths Set in Tears of the Kingdom:
It's important to note that there are more reasons to seek out each Statue beyond completionist purposes. As players interact with each Statue, they'll give the same dialogue about Poes until they realize that Link has met some of their siblings. At this point, the screen briefly fades to black before returning with the Bargainer Statue mentioning a new Armor Piece that is now available. The number of Bargainer Statues Link has encountered before interacting with the current one determines which Armor Piece will be added to their inventory. The order in which players discover the Statues is inconsequential; only the total number of Statues found up until that point matters.
Furthermore, players can purchase additional copies of most Depths-acquired Armor Sets here, such as the Twilight Set. Here is a list of the Armor unlocks in order, including the Depths Armor Set, starting with the Dark Tunic becoming available after Link interacts with the first Statue at Lookout Landing:

First Statue: Lookout Landing - Dark Tunic

The first Bargainer Statue can be easily located at Lookout Landing, just below the area where players meet Purah for the first time. It can be found in Josha's Work Area, which is a wagon-type container. This is the only statue that can be found on the ground level of Hyrule, as the rest are located in the depths. Upon finding every two statues, including this one, players will be able to obtain a piece of the Depths set.
The second statue, which unlocks the Tunic of the Depths, can be found in the Great Abandoned Central Mine.
The Great Abandoned Central Mine is a familiar location for most Tears of the Kingdom players. It is one of the many Abandoned Mines of the Depths and houses the second Bargainer Statue, similar to the one near Josha. The mine also serves as the reunion point for Link and his long-time nemesis, Kohga, in the game. Additionally, players can acquire Autobuild in this location. One advantage of the Great Abandoned Central Mine is that it has its own Fast Travel Point near the Forge Construct, making it a convenient location for players to access.
Beneath the Autobuild unlock area lies a vast lower entrance and an enormous empty room. At one end of the room, players can access the Bargainer Statue, which sits atop a pedestal. However, to activate the statue, players must complete the 'A Call From The Depths' Side Quest and collect all four of its eyes from the Temple of Time Ruins and the Goddess Statue above it.
Moreover, players can obtain the first part of the Depths Armor Set, the Tunic of the Depths, in this area for a small sum of 150 Poes. The Tunic offers an entire heart's worth of Gloom Resistance when worn.
The Plains Bargainer Statue is the third statue in this area, and it offers the Dark Trousers as a reward.
The Stakijat Lightroot is the closest Lightroot to the fourth Statue, which is located a fair distance directly northeast from the Great Abandoned Central Mine. Unlike the other Statues, this one has no noticeable landmark in sight. The only named locations within view are the Whistling Hill and the Bottomless Pond.
Players will need to climb a smaller mountain or hill to reach the Statue, which is also colored brown on the map. This is how players will know they are on the right track. Upon discovery, players will obtain the Dark Trousers and be one step closer to completing the Depths Armor Set.
The Bargainer Statues are situated on raised terrain, which is colored the same shade of brown as any other foreign object on the map, such as the Zonai Devices, Abandoned Mines, and Coliseums. The fourth Statue, known as the Cliff Bargainer Statue, rewards players with the Gaiter of the Depths.
The Cliff Bargainer Statue is the creepiest of all the Statues, designed to look like a gigantic body with a torso, arms, and legs. Its head is perched at the very top of a rockface, making it appear taller than the Depths itself from a distance. Players who stumble upon it without prior knowledge can be easily frightened by the sight of the human-shaped silhouette towering above them. However, it's just a Bargainer Statue and finding it is worth the jumpscare moment, as it marks the fourth Statue found and unlocks the Gaiter of the Depths for purchase at 200 Poes, providing players with an additional Heart Container of Gloom Resistance.
Getting the last part of the Depths Set is quite easy, as the final 3 Bargainer Statues left all follow the same pattern for their locations. These locations are very simple and can be found at Wellsprings which are located directly below the Springs of Courage, Wisdom, and Power on the surface. If players have already found these Springs in Hyrule (thankfully they're not too difficult to reach), then they've essentially discovered the Wellsprings down below as well. However, for those who haven't marked them yet, here are the locations:
In the vast world of Hyrule, there are three iconic springs known as the Springs of Power, Wisdom, and Courage. The Spring of Courage is located between Popla Foothills and Drocozu Lake, to the east of Lake Hylia. The Spring of Wisdom can be found atop Mount Lanayru, while the Spring of Power is situated directly between North Akkala Valley and the Ordorac Quarry at the top right of the map.
It's important to note that the Bargainer Statue, which unlocks the last piece of the Dark Armor Set, the Dark Hood, is located in close proximity to the Construct Factory. This location is crucial for completing the 'Guidance From Ages Past' Story Questline in the game's late stages. With just one statue location left to be discovered, players can obtain the full Depths set as well.
The sixth statue, located at the Wellspring of Wisdom, unlocks the Hood of the Depths. See below for two images.
Closest to the Wellspring of Wisdom is the Usukaz Lightroot. The Wellspring of Wisdom is located mostly where the Spring of Wisdom and its Mother Goddess Statue can be found up on Mount Lanayru. However, if one wants to be more specific, the Bargainer Statue can be found on a rockface at the bottom of the Lanayru Canyon Mine, just east of the circular arena area with the Flux Construct II.
If players climb up onto the pedestal in front of the Bargainer Statue's face and have a chat with it, they will be able to purchase the Hood of the Depths, which is the final part of the Depths Set. This will give them a full three Heart Containers of Gloom Resistance, a buff that becomes increasingly important the further Link progresses into his adventure.
The seventh statue is the Wellspring of Power, which grants players the Tunic of Memories.
The Akinatanis Lightroot is the closest location to find the final statue needed to complete the Depths Set. Since players are already out hunting for materials to upgrade their set and activate the Gloom Attack Resist Set Bonus, they might as well add finding this last statue to their to-do list. Unfortunately, unlike the other Wellsprings, the Wellspring of Power doesn't have any notable landmarks or locations nearby.
To fully upgrade the Depths Armor Set, players will need a variety of materials including Deep Fireflies, Dark Clumps, Frox Fangs, and Zonaite. The Obsidian Frox, located just south of the Akinatanis Lightroot, can provide the necessary Fingernails and Fangs for the final upgrades of the Depths Set. The Bargainer Statue, located near the top of the brown-colored rockface on the map near the Wellspring, will make the Tunic of Memories available for purchase, completing the BotW fanservice Armor piece.
Overall, the Depths Set is worth using and upgrading. To fully upgrade the set, players will need to gather a substantial amount of materials, but the Gloom Attack Resist Set Bonus makes it a valuable addition to any player's arsenal.
