Unleash the Force: Discover All Koboh Chests in Basalt Forest in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Players can flex their customization options in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor by discovering the various chests scattered throughout the game world. Koboh's Basalt Forest, accessible during the Fallen Jedi main quest, offers 16 distinct cosmetics waiting to be found in different locations across the map. This guide is designed to assist players in uncovering all of the chests in the Basalt Forest region, including the Basalt Rift and the Forest Array.

Basalt Rift

The Basalt Rift has five chests for players to find.

Chest 1 of 5 – Shirt: Hunter

To obtain the Hunter Shirt, players must first make their way to the cave by climbing along the vines from the Meditation Point. Once inside, they must jump into the chasm and use the Ascension Cable to grapple onto the ledge below the entry point. The chest containing the coveted Hunter Shirt can be found there.

Chest 2 of 5 – Pants: Hunter

In the cave behind the first Bilemaw fight, get BD to slice open a chest for this customization option.

Chest 3 of 5 – Hair: Crew Cut

Seeing a pair of Stormtroopers crushed by a falling pillar, take the path down to the right and find this chest behind a group of enemies.

Chest 4 of 5 – Lightsaber Pommel: Diligence

This chest is in a cave behind the second Bilemaw arena, and is guarded by some Rawka.

Chest 5 of 5 – Upgrade: Stim Canister

Proceed to the area where the two Stormtroopers met their demise under the weight of a pillar. Take the path leading upwards and towards the left, and eliminate a Mogu that crosses your path. After defeating it, traverse towards the back of its habitat and perform a wall-run to access a set of vines. Scale upwards and proceed towards the right to find a chest containing an upgrade for your Stim Canister.

Chamber of Reason

The Chamber of Reason area has one chest.

Chest 1 of 1 – Lightsaber Emitter: Diligence

To obtain the treasure chest located in the Chamber of Reason, players need to have both orbs on the second level. The process involves leaving the first orb in the elevator pedestal on the second floor and placing the second orb in the glitched pedestal on the first floor. Once the platform is created, it disappears quickly, making it impossible for players to run across it. Instead, they must execute a wall run towards the end to reach the second floor without using the elevator.

Carrying the orb closer to Cal, he can now easily retrieve it using the Force Pull technique that he used to pick up the Datadisk earlier in this Chamber. Once retrieved, Cal should then make his way to the elevator bridge and toss the orb through the well-lit hole located on the left side. Once the orb lands on the pedestal, the door leading to the chest will open up, revealing its contents.

Forest Array

The Forest Array has the most chests of any area in the Basalt Forest, with six chests for Cal to track down.

Chest 1 of 6 – Material: Hunter

Use the Ascension Cable to grapple to some vines on the left of the Meditation Point and reach this chest.

Chest 2 of 6 – Beard: Light Mustache

Just before the bridge with the Mogu, among the corpses of the Rawka, wall-run on the right to a pole to reach a ledge with this chest atop it.

Chest 3 of 6 – Lightsaber Switch: Diligence

At the bridge where players fight the Mogu, climb the tower and find this chest on the roof to the right.

Chest 4 of 6 – BD-1 Head: Swooper

After using the Orb Amplifier to progress, Cal will eventually reach a treacherous gap. Heading into the forest, squeeze through a small gap on the right to find this chest.

Chest 5 of 6 – Lightsaber Grip: Diligence

Using the central apparatus, cast a beam back in the direction where players took the Relter and grab the chest.

Chest 6 of 6 – Material: Hunter

After using the central apparatus to free the giant creature, follow the beam and climb the grating. Drop down at the end, and this chest will be sitting below.

Bilemaw Den

The Bilemaw Den has one chest.

Chest 1 of 1 – Material: Tactical

On the ledge, find this chest behind the antennas after fighting the Bilemaw and Stormtroopers.

Nekko Pools

The Nekko Pools have one chest.

Chest 1 of 1 – BD-1 Body: Swooper

Double jump from the back of a Nekko to reach a ledge on the right of the yellow gate. Follow the path around to reach the chest.

Rift Passage

The Rift Passage has one chest for Cal to find. Players will need Electro Dart to get it.

Chest 1 of 1 – BD-1 Material: Kashyyyk Paint

Air Dashing at the zenith of the zipline to reach a raised platform, shoot BD’s Electro Dart at the power supply behind the chest to open it.
