Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Star Wars lightsaber is easily recognizable and iconic. Its thin neck emitter and black grip have become an integral part of the Star Wars universe. Now, in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, players have the opportunity to recreate this legendary lightsaber from a more civilized age.
With numerous lightsaber parts available in the game, players can mix and match to design their own unique lightsabers, including the one wielded by the Jedi Master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Crafting this lightsaber allows players to pay homage to the famed Jedi, and with each strike of the blade, they can confidently utter his iconic catchphrase, “Hello there!”
One crucial component of Obi-Wan’s lightsaber is the blue Kyber crystal. This crystal not only provides the blade with its distinctive blue hue, but it also amplifies the power of the Force for its wielder. By incorporating the blue Kyber crystal into their lightsaber design, players can truly embody the spirit of the Jedi Order.
Despite the abundance of Kyber crystals available in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, players should avoid the yellows, greens, and whites and opt for the classic blue Kyber crystal instead. Obi-Wan Kenobi, a prominent Jedi, used three different lightsabers in his time, and each one contained a blue Kyber crystal. This crystal is the most commonly used by Jedi in their lightsabers and is essential for Obi-Wan fans, as he specializes in facing off against Sith Lords. While it may not be as popular as purple or orange, the blue Kyber crystal remains a crucial component for any aspiring Jedi.
The Eno Cordova emitter is a striking piece of Obi-Wan's lightsaber, known for its slender neck. It is part of the complete Eno Cordova lightsaber set, which players can obtain by solving the puzzle in the Wayfinder's Tomb on Jedha.
Once players have obtained the Eno Cordova lightsaber, they can access the workbench to ensure they have the corresponding emitter piece attached. Equipping this piece will grant players the recognizable thin neck emitter of Obi-Wan Kenobi's iconic lightsaber.
Diligence Switch
With the Forest Array Meditation Point in Koboh, players can easily locate the Diligence switch piece. While obtaining this piece may require some parkour skills, it's not a challenging task. Once equipped, the Diligence switch piece closely resembles Obi-Wan Kenobi's switch piece, although it's not an exact replica. The only issue with this switch piece is that players need to have it closer to the emitter rather than the grip, as Obi-Wan's grip and switch are reversed from Cal Kestis'. However, this minor detail doesn't affect the fact that players can have Obi-Wan's lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, complete with the Duelist Grip.
The Duelist grip, available in the full Duelist lightsaber set on Koboh, is the key piece needed to create Obi-Wan's lightsaber. Its design closely resembles the grenade material used to create Obi-Wan's grip, which is easily recognizable thanks to its stark plastic black grip that takes up half of the lightsaber.
To obtain the Cere Junda lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, players must progress through the story until they reach a specific cameo. Once they have reached this point, they can make their way to the Archives in the Jedha base and open a chest containing the legendary Jedi's lightsaber.
After acquiring the lightsaber, gamers have the option to incorporate the Cere Junda pommel to emulate Obi-Wan’s distinct piece. Though not an exact replica, the metallic embellishments and grooves create a striking resemblance to General Kenobi. Additionally, the Imperial Chrome Primary & Accent Paint adds a finishing touch to the design.
For the perfect metallic look, equip your lightsaber with the Imperial Chrome paint for both the Primary and Accent pieces from the Imperial material set. This will give it a shiny chrome effect and enhance the metallic feel of the lightsaber. By adjusting the polish, players can control the percentage of shine on the Imperial Chrome effect, giving them the freedom to choose how bright they want their lightsaber to shine. This paint is ideal for lightsabers associated with the Empire. Additionally, you can also opt for the Copper Secondary Paint to add a touch of elegance to your lightsaber.
The Warm Metal set offers players the option to adorn their lightsaber with the Copper paint for the Secondary pieces. These pieces boast a stunning copper color with a 100% polished finish, ensuring that they remain prominent on the lightsaber. Obi-Wan Kenobi’s iconic lightsaber features the copper pieces positioned around the emitter, pommel, and switch, adding a noticeable pop of color to the hilt. This is a welcome addition as Cal traverses the galaxy, battling against Gen'Dai and High Republic Jedi.
The copper pieces are a crucial aspect of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s lightsaber design, and it's necessary to apply the Secondary material sections with the copper paint to achieve the desired effect. Unfortunately, some pieces may not receive the same treatment, leaving them without the desired color section.

To complete the look of the lightsaber, players can use the Imperial paint set to apply the Plastoid Black grip paint. This will give the grip piece a sleek black plastic material, which perfectly complements the copper and chrome parts of the lightsaber. By adding the Plastoid Black grip paint, players can achieve the iconic look of this legendary weapon.
With the Plastoid Black grip, players can easily create Obi-Wan Kenobi’s iconic lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The grip piece closely resembles the lightsaber, especially with its plastic finish. This accessory is a must-have for any die-hard Star Wars fan.
