Riverwood, the town where Orgnar resides, has been a popular target for modders, and it is one of the many cities players must journey to as part of the main questline. While Orgnar primarily serves as a cook at the inn, he also plays a minor role in the game's main storyline. Additionally, if players engage in theft from the establishment, Orgnar will dispatch thugs to retaliate against the player.

In the main storyline of the game, the player is tasked with reuniting The Blades, a group with their own intriguing history in Skyrim. Before the game's events, some members of The Blades had retired. One notable member is Delphine, a woman who used to manage the Sleeping Giant Inn. However, once recruited by the player, Delphine entrusts the inn's management to Orgnar.
