Using their curiosity and the unique Ultrahand ability, a Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player made an astounding Korok revelation in Tarrey Town. In the original Breath of the Wild game, Tarrey Town was an extraordinary destination that needed to be constructed from scratch. Players would purchase a house and assist Hudson with various tasks and recruitment efforts to ultimately create a bustling town. Fortunately, their hard work paid off as Tarrey Town transformed into a hub filled with vendors offering rare and elusive items, as well as a place where Link could rest free of charge.
In Tears of the Kingdom, which features a familiar version of the Breath of the Wild map, Tarrey Town reappears. However, players are no longer obligated to rebuild it. Instead, Tarrey Town presents a plethora of side quests and adventures to embark on. There is a construction yard where the Ultrahand can be utilized to construct unique contraptions, and players have the opportunity to build their ideal home once again for Link. And, as discovered by one player, Tarrey Town holds numerous hidden secrets waiting to be uncovered.
On the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom subReddit, a user named DursoBR shared a video capturing their exploration of Tarrey Town's central square. Using the Ultrahand tool to search for interactables, DursoBR discovered a surprising find - the town square bell was concealed within a large and immovable stone in the fountain. Initially attempting an arrow, DursoBR then opted for the Ultrahand to pull on it, resulting in a resounding ring of the bell and the unexpected appearance of a Korok.
This revelation sparked a discussion among commenters, indicating that many players had overlooked this particular spot in the town. Numerous individuals expressed their astonishment toward Nintendo's decision to hide one of the elusive 900 Koroks there. Some shared their habit of using the Ultrahand on any highlighted objects in the game to ensure they didn't miss any hidden secrets. Additionally, comments hinted at another potential secret Korok in Hateno Village, where a bell atop the schoolhouse awaits exploration.
Players and the Koroks have had a complex relationship since the game's release. While some players have made an effort to rescue these NPC characters, others have chosen to construct intricate torture devices or traps for them. However, a Korok turned the tables on a Tears of the Kingdom player who was attempting to initiate a Korok puzzle. Instead, the player was unexpectedly crushed by a structure descending from the sky islands and launched into the air. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be played on the Nintendo Switch platform.
