In Tears of the Kingdom, the Yiga Clan has made a strong comeback and they are still holding their ground in the heart of the Gerudo Desert. These mysterious Sheikah ninjas are known for their teleportation abilities and their love for bananas, making them unique combat opponents for Link.
Players will encounter the Yiga members primarily in the Depths, where they are experimenting with Zonai technologies to create powerful tools of destruction. However, the Yiga Clan Hideout is located on the surface of Hyrule and it provides Link with valuable and exclusive items that he will need on his journey. To get to the Yiga Clan Hideout in Tears of the Kingdom, here's where you need to go.
In Tears of the Kingdom, the Yiga Clan's hideout can still be found in the Gerudo Desert at coordinates -3687, -1366, 0331. Players who have experience with the previous game in the series, Breath of the Wild, may remember their previous infiltration of the base. The mission required a lot of stealthy maneuvering to steal the valuable bananas from the Yiga Clan.
The Yiga Clan Hideout has seen substantial upgrades since those events. In addition to its original layout, there are now new areas for Link to explore, including a marketplace offering rare items. As an added challenge, there is a combat arena waiting for Link within the hideout, where he can win the powerful Lightning Helm, an upgraded version of the Thunder Helm from Breath of the Wild.
One major improvement is that Link no longer has to sneak around the hideout. With the Yiga Clan armor set equipped, he can enter the base without hindrance and interact with its members freely.

The best way to get to the Yiga Clan Hideout is by teleporting to the Gerudo Highland Skyview Tower. Once Link arrives, he should exit the cave using Ascend, then head southeast to the cliff's edge and glide into the Canyon towards the Hideout's location. It's unnecessary to use the tower's sky launch capability.
The Gerudo Highland Skyview Tower can be unlocked early in the game, making it relatively easy to avoid much of the Canyon's harsh weather on the way to the Yiga Clan Hideout. Players should bring appropriate cold and heat protection to deal with the extreme temperatures they may encounter, but since the Hideout is so close by, it won't be difficult to travel without.
The player can reach the Hideout by jumping off the cliff at coordinates -3815, -1370, 0427 and gliding deep into the Canyon. To ensure that they have descended enough, the player should glide into an opening located at around coordinates -3735, -1420, 0361.
Alternatively, the player can opt to enter the Gerudo Desert through the Gerudo Canyon Pass. The entrance to the pass is located just beyond the Digdogg Suspension Bridge at coordinates -1650, -2049, -0015. At this location, the player will meet Naia, a Gerudo woman who guards the entrance. Naia will challenge the player to answer a series of straightforward questions to prove their desert survival skills. While it is possible to bypass Naia by gliding over or navigating the surrounding hills, answering her three simple questions is an easy task.
If Link is traveling from the entrance of the Gerudo Canyon Pass, it can be quite challenging and frustrating to traverse the Gerudo Desert without completing the Regional Phenomena main quest. The desert is plagued by constant sandstorms and extreme temperatures, making it difficult to navigate. Although the map on Link's Purah Pad still displays coordinates, it has become mostly unreliable due to the sandstorms.
To make the journey more manageable, it is advisable for Link to utilize his Ultrahand ability and create a simple Zonai vehicle. This will significantly expedite his travels across the vast desert and help him reach his destination faster.
Upon arriving at the Hideout, it is essential for Link to have the Yiga Armor set in order to gain access. The gatekeeper, an NPC named Mimos, informs Link about the possibility of acquiring a powerful Earthwake skill within the hideout. However, Mimos also warns that the Yiga Clan is not welcoming to outsiders.
To proceed further, Link must embark on the side quest "Infiltrating the Yiga Clan" by obtaining the first piece of the Yiga Armor set from a specific location. A complete guide on how to acquire the entire Yiga Clan armor set in Tears of the Kingdom can be found in a comprehensive walkthrough.
Once the player obtains and equips the Yiga Armor set, they gain access to the Yiga hideout where they can explore its unique features. One of the most intriguing attractions is the spacious training room where the Yiga Blademaster awaits.
Players who engage and conquer the Blademaster's battle challenge will receive three exclusive rewards: the Yiga Fabric, Earthwake Technique, and the highly-coveted Lightning Helm. These prizes are not to be missed by any player seeking to become a true champion.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available on Nintendo Switch.
