Uncover the Secrets of Moshapin Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Players will embark on an exciting adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as they search for the Moshapin Shrine, one of the many hidden shrines located deep within a cave. To reach the shrine, players must navigate through the molten interior while carrying a glowing green crystal.

In Tears of the Kingdom, players are able to find the Moshapin Shrine south of Death Mountain in Lake Intenoch Cave.

The entrance to the cave is around the coordinates 2482, 1795, 0161 and can be reached by launching from the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower and gliding to the northeast.

Moshapin Shrine Walkthrough

Upon entering the cave, players will immediately feel the intense heat and must take precautions to protect Link from taking damage. Equipping the Flamebreaker Armor or stocking up on Fireproof Elixirs is essential to survive in this hazardous environment. Crafting a Fireproof Elixir can be done by cooking a Fireproof Lizard or Smotherwing Butterfly with a monster part, with the duration of the elixir increasing with the addition of more fireproof ingredients.

Upon reaching the end of the entrance tunnel, players will be greeted by a Horriblin. Once the creature is defeated, players should shift their focus to a breakable rock wall situated just to the right of the entry point. Players can utilize the rocks scattered on the ground to enhance their weapons by crafting hammers. Additionally, rusty weapons can be found behind the wall as they progress through it. However, if players prefer to blast through the rock wall, it is advisable to use the Time Bomb Zonai Device as it will not explode under high temperatures.

Players must exercise caution when handling Bomb Flowers as they have the tendency to explode upon exposure to excessive heat. In areas with high temperatures, utilizing Bomb Flowers is not advisable as they will detonate immediately upon contact with the player's hands.

A green crystal sits atop a pedestal on the opposite end of the rocky terrain. The objective is to navigate the crystal through the scorching lava and reach the hidden shrine tucked away behind a lavafall.

One option is to use Splash Fruit or Hydrant Zonai Device to create rock platforms and walk across the lava.

A hydrant can be located on the ground beneath the Fire Like in the room, if players do not have any in their inventory.

The other option is to create a vehicle from Zonai Devices in their inventory to carry the crystal across the lava.

If the crystal falls into the lava for any reason, it will not be destroyed, and players can simply remove it with Ultrahand.

To reach the lavafall in the back, players can use either method, but they must be cautious and stop on either side to pick up the crystal. Going under the lavafall will cause Link to be knocked out and sent back to the shore. Remember to carry the crystal around to ensure a safe journey.

Behind the lavafall lies a small area where players can discover the shrine and activate its terminal to initiate the "The Lake Intenoch Cave Crystal" shrine quest. Upon completion, players can relocate the crystal to the designated spot on the shrine and unlock its contents.

Players can discover Rauru's Blessing, which includes a Light of Blessing and a Zoanite Shield that scales in power, by exploring the depths of the Moshapin Shrine. The game is now accessible on the Nintendo Switch platform.
