Their attire includes a voluminous skirt, partially transparent to imitate the white tufts on Blissey's hips, and a shawl resembling wings adorning their arms. Blissi's lavish hairstyle features large, round curls, while still carrying the iconic egg that is perennially seen with Blissey and Chansey.
