The predicament arose after nxxptune was locked out of their school email address upon graduating, which was also the email used to sign in to the game. Despite reaching out to Niantic for assistance, the issue remained unresolved.

As per the player's account, Niantic requested answers to ten security questions to verify their identity. While they correctly answered every question except for one, it proved sufficient for Niantic to deny account access. However, the supportive community offered a solution by recommending that nxxptune contact the school's IT department to secure temporary access to the account. This would enable the gamer to change the email associated with the account, or at least transfer some of their Pokemon from GO to the Home app.

Progressing through the levels in Pokemon GO can be extremely time-consuming, especially in the later stages.
