The Real Housewives of New Jersey is coming back for a 14th season. There seems to be some tension between Teresa Giudice and her husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas.
In the RHONJ trailer released on Wednesday, March 6, Danielle Cabral told Melissa Gorga that Teresa is feeling upset because there is not much peace in their home. The video showed Teresa, 51, in tears. The trailer also announced that the show will premiere in May.
Several cast members expressed their concerns for Teresa. Jennifer Aydin mentioned that every time she talks to Teresa, her stomach is in knots. Another voice, possibly Margaret Josephs, commented that "Louie pissed her money away." Dolores Catania added that Teresa is "not doing great."
Viewers witnessed a tense conversation between Louie and Teresa in another scene. Louie expressed his desire for improvement, but Teresa shut it down by saying she didn't want to discuss it further.
Amid fan speculation about their marriage, Teresa posted a photo on Instagram without her wedding ring, fueling rumors. However, Teresa, who married Louie in August 2022, addressed the gossip in February and quickly dismissed it.

During an episode of her podcast "Namaste B$tches," Giudice expressed her surprise, saying, "I was like, 'Are you serious?' I know that we are attached at the hip. I guess it's kind of good that people are talking about us – whether it's good or bad, it means they are still interested in us. So, if you want to spread lies, go right ahead. I don't care."
The upcoming season will not only showcase drama between the newlyweds but also include Housewives Danielle, 38, Melissa, 44, Dolores, 53, Jennifer, 46, Margaret, 56, and Rachel Fuda.
Margaret is facing challenges in her marriage with Joe Benigno, as Joe Gorga pointed out that their relationship seemed better when Margaret's ex-husband Jan was still alive. Jan Josephs passed away in 2022. Dolores and Paulie Connell are also dealing with relationship issues as they consider getting married, despite Paulie's divorce not being finalized.
The upcoming Season 14 is marked by a heated exchange between Teresa and Melissa, revolving around their ongoing feud. In Season 13, Teresa had spread baseless rumors about Melissa cheating on her husband, leading to tension between the sisters-in-law. This conflict ultimately led to Melissa and Joe skipping Teresa and Louie's wedding.
When asked if there was a possibility that the sisters-in-laws might not come back for season 14, executive producer Andy Cohen responded, “I can imagine anything.” He also mentioned that he finds it difficult to envision the show without the Bravolebrities.
The new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will debut on Bravo on Sunday, May 5th at 8 p.m. ET.
