Where is Typhlo Ruins?"The Owl Protected by Dragons" Walkthrough
Content:
Heading to the far north of Hyrule in Tears of the Kingdom, one may come across an area known as the Typhlo Ruins. In the previous game, Breath of the Wild, these ruins were shrouded in a thick fog, requiring players to use a torch for visibility. However, this time, the fog has dissipated, and players who visit the ruins will encounter a Side Adventure.
Known as "Investigate the Typhlo Ruins," this Side Adventure in Tears of the Kingdom is divided into four parts. These parts can be completed in any order, but "The Owl Protected by Dragons" is the closest to the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower. To successfully finish the quest, players must possess the Vow of Tulin.

"The Owl Protected by Dragons" Walkthrough
The Typhlo Ruins, along with the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower, is located at coordinates 0343, 3133, 0180, which are situated to the north of the Great Hyrule Forest. To reach the ruins, it is recommended to travel west from the Eldin Mountains or east from the Tabantha Tundra (near Snowfield Stable). Prior to embarking on this side adventure, players are strongly advised to activate the Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower, as it will reveal the map.
Next to the Typhlo Ruins lies a campsite where you'll stumble upon Kazul, a Zonai Researcher. Engage in a conversation with him, showing your willingness to assist, and he'll promptly unveil translated stone slabs. This action will subsequently unlock the captivating Side Adventure titled "Investigate the Typhlo Ruins." Each slab boasts an intriguing riddle, while the one situated on the far left specifically pertains to "The Owl Protected by Dragons."
The slab reads:
"Display the power of the Sage of Wind to the owl protected by many dragons."
Players must obtain the Vow of Tulin/Tulin's Avatar in order to embark on this side adventure, "The Owl Protected by Statues." The Vow of Tulin is obtained by successfully completing the main quest "Tulin of Rito Village." It is highly recommended to finish the main quest before commencing this Side Adventure, as it will be impossible to complete "The Owl Protected by Statues" without the Vow of Tulin.
