How To Complete Cece's Secret in Tears of the Kingdom
After arriving in Hateno Village, players must initiate a conversation with Sophie in order to commence the 'Cece's Secret' quest. Sophie can typically be located within the confines of Cece's Shop, or alternatively, one can find her lingering just outside. Once approached, she will task Link with the assignment of discreetly tailing Cece outside the shop during the nighttime.Completing this quest is fairly straightforward, but getting all the details to line up can be confusing.
What Time Does Cece Leave?
Cece will leave the hat shop at 8:00 PM and arrive at her destination around 10. Use a campfire or the nearby inn to skip the time until she leaves.
How To Successfully Sneak
To avoid being detected by Cece, it is recommended to already be present at her destination rather than following her from a distance wearing Stealth Armor. Her destination is a silo near her hat shop. You can reach the top of the tower using the Ascend rune or by climbing and wait on the ledge next to the window until she arrives. Once Cece enters the silo, enter through the window and a cutscene will be triggered to reveal Cece's Secret.
