The side quest 'To The Ruins!' can only be commenced and finished after completing the Gerudo section of Regional Phenomena. Once this task is accomplished, players can locate Pokki, a Gerudo, to the east of the Seal Rentals in Gerudo Town during daylight. Engaging in a conversation with her regarding the ruins she desires to explore will initiate the side quest.
