The vast world of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom boasts an impressive array of armor and attire for protagonist Link to acquire. Each set of armor offers unique effects or resembles the clothing of beloved characters from previous Zelda installments. One of the most recognizable outfits available in Tears of the Kingdom is none other than the eccentric Tingle's ensemble.

For the uninitiated, Tingle is a peculiar character who believes himself to be a fairy or a reincarnation of one. He has made appearances in games like Majora's Mask and The Wind Waker, as well as starring in Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. To embody this quirky figure, Link must embark on a journey throughout the vast land of Hyrule and gather the Tingle Armor set, piece by piece.

How to Get Tingle's Hood in Tears of the Kingdom

To begin Tingle's outfit, players must first venture to the Gerudo Highlands. The easiest way to access this location is through the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower, but it's important to bring warm clothing or warming foods and elixirs to combat the cold. Once in the Gerudo Highlands, head northwest towards the Eighth Heroine Statue. This statue played a crucial role in a previous quest in BotW that rewarded players with sand and snow boots. You can locate the statue at the coordinates (-4371,-0516, 0470).

To find Tingle's hat, players must venture inside the caves of the statue. A large, yellow light sensor is attached to the front of the statue, which can be activated by pointing a Zonai device mirror at it. Fortunately, there are some mirrors nearby. Players should stand on a platform near the statue and aim the mirror at the sensor. During daylight hours, a ray of light will stream from the mirror and hit the sensor, opening the door to the cave in the statue's face.

Inside the cave, players will face several Gibdos and flying Gibdos. They can use lightning weapons or shock fruit to weaken these enemies. Once defeated, players can access a small shrine containing a treasure chest with Tingle's Hood inside.

How to Get Tingle's Tights in Tears of the Kingdom

Next, players can find Tingle's Tights in the Mount Dunsel area. If players look at the far southeast of the map, where the Lurelin Village is located, they will find a long cliff called Cape Cales.

Players can access a hidden cave in Cape Cales by jumping into the water near a cave at the northern edge. To make a raft, they should look for planks and Zonai fans around the edges of the water using Link's Ultrahand ability. Next, they need to head around the northern part of the water until they find an underwater cave entrance by looking along the cliff's meeting point with the water at 3627, -3216, 0000. Once they locate the entrance, players can sail inside using the raft. However, they will come across an impenetrable wall that requires a specific action to open. Players need to hit down on the D-pad to whistle, which will open the door for them.

Once inside, players should look for the giant ship and then kill all of the enemies on it.

Behind some nearby crates, players will find a chest with Tingle's Tights inside.

How to Get Tingle's Shirt in Tears of the Kingdom

Located in one of the two Dueling Peaks caves between the two peaks is Tingle's Shirt, the final piece of the Tingle Armor. One cave is located to the north and the other to the south in the middle gap. Tears of the Kingdom players can find the shirt by heading into the northern cave at coordinates 1191, -1864, 0157, where a puzzle solution can be found on the ceiling. Those who enter the southern Dueling Peaks Cave, which is positioned slightly higher than the northern cave at 1183, 01946, 0246, will need to recreate the puzzle answer by placing rocks onto specific pressure plates.

After navigating through the treacherous puzzles and defeating the challenging enemies within the chamber, players will be rewarded with the ultimate prize: Tingle's Shirt. The final piece of TotK's Tingle Armor set is hidden behind a wall that can be moved by activating a switch. Once the wall moves out of the way, players can open the chest and claim their coveted prize.
