The Nurse, a notorious Killer in Dead by Daylight, is a nightmare for Survivors. She effortlessly defies the usual tactics by swiftly Blinking through obstacles and catching Survivors off guard, making her a formidable force to reckon with.
In this guide, we will showcase some of the most effective builds for this deadly Killer. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned player, these builds include a mix of teachable and non-teachable perks, ensuring that you can instill terror in Survivors and eliminate them with ease, regardless of their skill level.
The Nurse: Best Build (2023)
This build is centered around utilizing some of the most effective tracking and generator regression perks currently available in Dead by Daylight. The inclusion of The Nemesis' Lethal Pursuer allows The Nurse to quickly locate Survivors and land hits. Additionally, Pop Goes the Weasel and Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance serve to significantly slow down generator progress upon Survivor hooking. Lastly, Nowhere to Hide enables players to locate other Survivors in close proximity to generators.
Lethal Pursuer (The Nemesis) - At the beginning of the trial, the auras of all Survivors are revealed for a duration of nine seconds. Additionally, this perk extends the duration of other abilities that involve reading auras by an additional two seconds.
Nowhere to Hide (The Knight) - Striking a generator will expose the aura of all Survivors within a 24-meter range for a duration of five seconds.
Pop Goes the Weasel (The Clown) - Following the hooking of a Survivor, a subsequent kick on a generator within the next 45 seconds will deduct 30% of its current progress.
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance (The Artist) – The Killer commences with four tokens. With each Survivor hooked on a distinct white Scourge Hook, a token is lost, resulting in an explosion of the generator with the highest progress, leading to a loss of 25% progress.
The Nurse: Best Non-Teachable Build (2023)
The Nurse, while formidable, can be challenging for beginners to master. This strategy is designed to subtly decrease the pace of the game by utilizing perks like Jolt and Sloppy Butcher. These perks give new players a chance to improve their movement skills. Additionally, the inclusion of Bitter Murmur and A Nurse’s Calling enables players to monitor Survivor movements and disrupt healing actions.
Nurse's Calling (The Nurse): Survivors healing within a 28-meter radius will have their auras exposed.
Bitter Murmur (General Perk): When a generator is finished, the auras of Survivors within 16 meters of that generator are visible for five seconds. Once the final generator is completed, the auras of all Survivors are revealed for 10 seconds.
Sloppy Butcher (General Perk) – When performing basic attacks, inflict the Mangled and Hemorrhage status ailments, impeding healing by 25% and reversing healing progress if incomplete.
Jolt (General Perk) – When incapacitating a Survivor, all generators within a 32-meter range lose 8% progress.
Dead by Daylight is available now for Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
